Sticpay knows very well that Trustpilot doesn't support private messaging, they just saying this to look good as if they actually help their customers. the truth of the matter is that its now a month and two weeks that i haven't received my money, and still no replies from their official communication channels.

I recently signed up for Sticpay, and the experience has been fantastic so far. The verification process was somehow quick, and the platform is very user-friendly. The fees are also competitive compared to other payment platforms. The added benefit is that it supports multiple currencies, including crypto, and can convert within the service instantly.

Waiting 2 since weeks for my funds, no communication

You are not allowed to directly withdraw after depositing with your credit/debit card.
You have to send your funds to a merchant first and hope to get them send back, only then you are allowed to bank withdraw.
And then you still can only hope to get your money withdrawn:
I requested a withdrawal on April 13.
It's April 27 now and it still has not been processed!
Not only i wasn't told a reason or estimated date, i even had to write them many times to even get a response(many emails just got ignored!), which was nothing more than a " we are sorry and will forward it to the relevant team" and since then nothing again. I'm tired, scared of losing my funds and angry about the communication. I want my funds now!

I requested the withdraw nearly a month ago. It still has not been processed and the only answers i get to my emails since a month are non specific answers like" your concern has been forwarded and we will get back to you."
I still dont know why it has not been processed. I still dont know how long it will take(its too long already anyway!!!), i still dont know why the "relevant team" needs so long to look into it.
Overall pretty bad and a big no.
Not to mention the 5% withdraw fee without a upper cap. I have to pay 1k in fees only when it costs them under 100€ most likely to process it.
Unfortunaly i had to make a formal complaint now and will problaby need to use the obudsman service...

I finally received my money, still no clue what took so long. My ID Card was expiring on 09.05.23 and i uploaded a new one on that day. One day later the money was send after waiting for nearly a month. Feels like they waited to get my new ID Card but why? Very strange experience and it felt like i wouldnt get my money and was left alone. At least i have it now.
I would definitely suggest to work on the communication. it felt like being fobbed off without really knowing what is going on and communicating with the customer proactively or having someone to directly speek to would have helped a little. But waiting for the funds for 1 month is just too long.

Useless!
Now I know why so many people give SticPay the lowest rating possible! I an British but also live in Spain. I had my UK verification rejected and they asked for my Spanish proof of address. So I submitted a pdf from my Spanish back showing my address and that got rejected. Totally useless, so I asked them to cancel my account. No problems with other similar companies...

My experience with Sticpay is not good at all. Their deposits are instant, but withdrawals take time. And since I didnt have 100 USD to withdraw for bank transfers, I tried converting USD to USDT and BTC, both times I lost fees and couldn't get the withdrawal. On the page an on internet they say that only less than $ 10 are not accepted, but when trying to withdraw an amount more than $ 10, they don't allow it saying minimum withdrawal value of crypto should be of $ 100. Finally I had to up my balance more than $ 100, but when the withdrawal happened, more than 20% had been charged as fees. Very high. Wrote to their support and no reply yet.
What a terrible experience
What a terrible experience! Very long verification process. Also you cannot withdraw the money you deposited. The only usage is scam casinos and fake forex providers — even though they state that sticpay is an eWallet. Crazy high fees for everything you do there. So the only intention they have is to get your money and keep it forever. Also, they don't answer emails and support is basically non-existent. Just keep that in mind, you'll simply lose all your money. Even if you manage to request a withdrawal after winning in a casino, they'll check and manually approve your withdrawal, and this can take a lot of time. Moreover, they have blocked my account (fully verified) without any notice and they don't answer emails. The account is simply "ON HOLD". That can easily happen to you as well, and you'll simply lose your money.
