Fast and Efficient
I purchased a necklace from them. Sadly was not suitable for me. Returns were easy and no hassle.
Shipping was fast and return timeframe for the refund was fast too.

Accommodating service and beautiful products
I contacted Sterling & Wilde prior to placing my order to ask for an extended returns window as I was giving a necklace as a gift while on holiday. They were super accommodating and agreed to extend the returns window. After I placed the order using standard delivery, the necklace arrived within two days and was beautifully gift wrapped. My partner is thrilled with the necklace so no need for a refund after all! Could not fault the service nor the product, thank you!
