A massive thank you to Alex and Penny for everything you have done for our family. When we first looked into moving over to Australia there were loads of things we thought would be easy but the whole process, from getting my skills assessed to getting our invitation was harder than I thought, we’re now packing up the house and it’s thanks to Penny and Alex! They got us through the whole thing start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at moving to Australia, thanks guys!

I made an enquiry. They sent out a too good to be true brochure.
I followed this up with 3 emails asking someone to contact me. After a week I found a U.K phone number given in their brochure. I called and spoke to Nick and was told someone would contact me. After another week no one did. I called back and spoke to Nick again, who was as unhelpful as you can get, telling me that the details I had been sent were not current at the moment and they could not offer what was in their brochure. What a complete waste of my time. They advertise something they cannot fulfil.

Further to your reply: To be clear my frustration was with your company not the Australian government. My initial enquiry was very clear on my situation.
You send me a brochure detailing a Visa - I send 3 emails asking for someone to contact me - I then make a phone call and am told someone will contact me - 3 weeks after my initial enquiry there has been no contact - I phone again. The call you refer to was seconds just saying you are not dealing with Parent Visas, so no explanation as to why you sent a brochure appearing to advertise a service. Some contact would have been appreciated. I think your reply says more about your company than I ever could.
