Most Estate Agents, look after their vendors (quite rightly so) and often don’t take the needs of the buyer into consideration.
This has not been my experience with the team at the Formby office at Stephanie MacNab. From my first contact with office, I have been impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff. On viewing day the team member was well informed and preempted questions and answers with detail and knowledge. After my offer was accepted, I was contacted by a member of the sales team, and have been kept updated on progress.
As a purchaser my experience has been extremely positive.

I am Purchasing my first house from overseas and this has been very difficult with additional challenges, but Carol Gamble has been fantastic and accommodating. Absolutely incredible. I've dealt with many estate agents over the years and can honestly say Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents are one of the best around. My experience with them is as a residential home buyer and prospective buy-to-let buyer. They are very good at what they do and the whole team all work together fantastically. It is easy to get in touch with them and if you need to speak to a particular member of staff and they are not available at that moment, they always call you back. The online property adverts are expertly put together. I can always tell that I'm looking at a Stephanie Macnab advert by the top-quality writing and professional photography. It's very easy to book an appointment and when an agent shows you around a property, they know their stuff and can answer questions (whereas some other competitors haven't got a clue). The best part of Stephanie Macnab is they are fantastic at keeping buyers and prospective buyers regularly updated. When we bought our new home through them in December 2021, it was a long drawn-out 8-month saga that had many delays due to problems further down the chain, but Stephanie Macnab did brilliantly to push everyone that they could (almost daily near to the end) and update me promptly. Without their help and persistence, the deal could have fallen through so my wife and I will be forever grateful to them because without their best efforts, we would not be living in our dream home right now.
