Refunded my purchase but was never sent an email why my order was cancelled

I got the set in size 4Y however it does not fit my 2 year old. The fit is definitely for tall and VERY slender girls. Cannot make a return because customer service is unresponsive. Reached out several times but no response. Do not recommend.

The tights are good qualify soft and strong . The tutu dress is very cute and comfortable for my daughter .

I ordered a leotard and got a confirmation and a shipping notification. The next day I got a notice that my order was refunded, with no explanation. I had to email to ask what was going on. I did get a reply, that said my item was not available. So, I cannot rate the item, just the communication or lack there of.

You sent the wrong colored item, and only one when I paid for two. This was needed quickly for my daughter's end of year ballet performance and color was important. I reached out twice trying to get it resolved but never heard back. I was lucky that I could still get the item in time from a larger online dance store.

Such beautiful packaging of such special ballet clothes! My three year old granddaughter will be enchanted on Christmas morning !

Poor customer service. No one available to respond to emails. I dug up a phone number to call and no one returned the call. I made a purchase on behalf of my business and when the shipping label was created, the name of the business was left off and therefore the package could not be delivered. It's in the process of being returned to Stelleworld. I reached out again, after I realized this, and still no one has gotten in touch with me.
