The 2 doorway 100% coir mats I got from Stella Rugs were just that - 100% coir, and perfect for my flat. Look good too! and feel good.
I found it hard to find coir mats without a rubber or pvc backing (i.e. not in fact %100 coir as advertised) - these were the only ones. I am not even sure why backing is applied to coir mats.
So thanks Stella Rugs - I'm glad I found you.

What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company. We had a mix up with post but I received a personal call to sort it out. Very prompt and friendly. My item arrived very quickly. I love the rug I purchased. I will be buying from Stell Rugs again.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Unfortunatly i had to return a rug i bought and as i emailed for instructions for the return i received a reply by one of their lovely team saying she will be passing by my place and will pick it up personally..The refund was processed the next business day. I was so impressed..Great rugs too. I highly recommend Stella Rugs.

Good Quality Product But Misleading Communication and Delivery Timelines
The product overall was good quality. Although communication and response time is quite poor. They also advertise dispatch within 24 hours which is not correct in all cases, delivery takes 2 weeks with no order tracking or update notifications. Only after multiple phone calls were the items delivered. This same ordering process happened on 2 seperate orders
