I bought two necklaces, necklace extender, and two charms. All are beautiful, high quality, quick shipping. I’m very surprised at the other reviews. I definitely would buy from this brand again.
The jewelry provided is absolutely beautiful and I loved the fact that it was tarnish free. I purchased a necklace which was capable of having an extender, this was something I really wanted. I purchased an astrological charm to go with the necklace. It is really beautiful but the clasp on the necklace is so difficult to open and close I honestly cannot purchase another one. It was rather upsetting not to see any instructions for opening it, nor any kind of tool. The clasp looks like a perfect circle with no hook or clip, NOTHING to aid in getting it open, so frustrating and extraordinarily difficult. Additionally a lot of their items are very delicate looking which is beautiful and they show a lot of layering which I love, but the cost is prohibitive to buy too many pieces to achieve the layering. I don't believe I will ever purchase another necklace if that is the same clasp. I will still try other items, i just wish they had a few more things that were on the larger side rather than so tiny. The quality however is fantastic.
Not recommended. While their customer support was okay, the quality of their products was disappointing. It almost seemed that they never controlled or quality check what they ship to their customers, so we received impaired items. They were apologetic about this, but the process of shipping back the items to them was too tedious and expensive, so I just had to charge it to experience.
