Product looks exactly as advertised. . Return service took much longer than customer service indicated. Chip does not work when you tap card on reader machine.

Terrible Customer Service
I received my order. However, I had a terrible experience with their customer service. It takes a week or two for them to respond. The magnetic stripe of my card is not functioning because they won’t be able to provide step-by-step instructions. They just told me that I need a magnetic stripe writer without providing detailed instructions on how to make the magnetic stripe functional.

This card is lighter than the platinum card, and lighter than Chase Ink Preferred card , what a joke. And it is chipping all over the place. I thought if I spent top dollar (which is what this company charges) , I would get an amazing product. Blew $400 with shipping and insurance for no reason. Junk
CARD DOESN'T WORK!
CARD DOESN'T WORK!. After paying heavy delivery fees, the card did get back to me with in a week, but the card did not work properly. I do not recommend spending $600 for this. I am trying to get my money back and they are not wanting to refund. We will see what happens.

Black Amex cards scratch up extremely easy and show silver. Tried a few, just bad quality. Great staff though! JP Morgan card very nice.

Had to send back for second time but very happy to get my black card…. Better then 10,000 fee

My card is officially lost
My card is officially lost. The company claims it was handed over to DHL for delivery and I while I did receive tracking information it is from March 2nd showing a label was created. This company first received my card on Feb 27th. And at the time of this writing it is March 16th. Still no answers.
The cards look great but sadly don’t work
I ordered the AMEX Centurion to “upgrade” my existing AMEX.
Really prompt service, with the replica card being received within 4 days of my sending the original.
The replica looks amazing but sadly doesn’t work. I contacted SteelSkins, who to their credit, offered a replacement card at no charge.
The process destroys your original card, so I had to order a replacement from AMEX. True to their word, SteelSkins produced another - equally awesome looking - card within a couple of days. Sadly, this card also does not work.(either swipe or chip&pin)
It’s a real shame as the cards look awesome
