What an absolutely horrible purchase
What an absolutely horrible purchase. After several promised delivery dates and consuming all of my patience they shipped the incorrect watch! So not only did the gift not deliver on time I receive a completely different watch that I will not wear. Avoid this company and thank me later. The company advertised as Chrono Canada but billing and all correspondence do not coincide. Buyers beware.

Very impressive customer service
I placed an order and received it the following day. The customer service was excellent and they even provided an alternative size of spring bar in case the ones I had ordered did not fit.
