Katie Hartley was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. She managed to get us a fantastic rate on our remortgage and kept on top of rate drops in the months leading up to the lock-in date, to make it even better. Katie was swift to reply to any queries and was very adept at explaining everything to us. I cannot recommend her more highly.
