Do NOT stay will these people! They lie about their listings! We booked a 7bedroom home in New Orleans got a call from their rep who offered to “upgrade” our reservation! We arrived to New Orleans to a 5 bedroom home! They offered a full refund and I am fighting to get it! Told me they would reach out by July 26 but didn’t realize after July 25 I couldn’t leave a review! Check their reviews they are bad business!

We got this Stay Heirloom house for the private pool area for our kids. That was a main selling point, but when we got there, the pool was over 100 degrees four of our six nights there(and 96 one day, meaning only an enjoyable temp for ONE day of our stay). It's not safe for kids to be in that temp of water for long. I asked them to help, and they tried a couple things, but none of them worked. We asked for a refund of one night to make up for the fact that the kids couldn't use the pool as intended. They told us 7-10 days for a response. 11 days after not hearing from them, I texted again. They told me they'd talk to management (as they'd told 11 days ago). 2 weeks later, I texted asking. They called me back and said we won't get anything. Mind you, this is now after the period when I can leave a review for them.
Honestly, we loved the separate air conditioner on each floor and the ice machine was the greatest thing we never knew we needed. Things were clean. The kitchen should have been better supplied for a house of this size.
But they never actually took care of our real problem, and although they tried, we still weren't able to use something we were PAYING for. Then they didn't compensate us at all! That's not right.
Since Heirloom isn't willing to stand by the fact that our stay should have been what we paid for, we won't be using them again.

Scammers. They purposely said they will give a partial refund due to the AC not working upstairs in a unit rented in Savannah from July 6-9. They had us staying in 85 degree heat knowing it did not work. That is why they had the big fans there which did not help. They sent maintenance who confirmed it has not worked or has not been working. They asked us not to leave a review and to give them until the 23rd to refund knowing they were not and that we couldn't leave a review after 14 days on airbnb. It was all a set up that they will NOT get away with. How many others have they scammed this way. So very unprofessional and they need to be shut down from airbnb for lying on their listing. Come back saying mgmt and finance could only off 15% discount towards next stay. We did not even ask for all the money back. Lied on multiple calls and emails to us up until it was too late to leave a review. It was done on purpose

Great spot for large groups. Well equipped and great layout. The pool was worth every penny.

Our stay with this Heirloom property was exemplary!!!! I give this place my highest recommendation for a large group. I rented the main house and carriage house. It was more than perfect for my group of 14 ladies. We were in town for an event for two days. My group of 14 girls were so comfortable and happy ! We even had some time to grill, have a nice brunch in the carriage house , and cocktail time in the small pool. Everything was absolutely clean and comfortable!!! Parking was free on the street and Ubers were very cheap . Savannah is such a beautiful city. Again , Savannah and this place get an 11 out of 10 stars from me!!!

We had such an amazing stay with Heirloom in Scottsdale. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 13, we had a ton of space. We absolutely would go back!

I had done my research and saw some good reviews and some not so good reviews about Heirloom. We proceeded despite any reservations because the house looked amazing. I’m happy we did. The house looked just as it did in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and all the things. There was more than enough room for our group of 9. The location didn’t seem like the safest, but we had no issues. The gate lock and the door locks gave us plenty of peace of mind.

Beautiful, clean and spacious. Great location just outside of the chaos. AC works great.

The Stay Heirloom staff was very courteous and helped me with all of my arrangements for my stay. The house was extremely clean and the space was great for spending quality time with my family. The pictures don't do this home justice as the actual stay at the location goes beyond the great pictures of the location. 5 stars for everything about my stay. Thanks Stay Heirloom for such a quality location.

We are coming off of a terrible experience with Heirloom in Savannah, GA. I want to put this on record because Heirloom operates in multiple cities (Savannah, New Orleans, Austin, Boston, NYC) and travelers should know what they actually do when things go wrong. If you look deeper at this company, they are smoke and mirrors and doing all sorts of bait and switching across these cities too.

I booked their "Luxury Victorian Retreat" at 521 E Bolton St in Savannah for Easter weekend. A quiet whole-house rental with parking out front. I was the sole adult traveling with teenage girls in my care — picked the property specifically because it was residential and away from downtown.

We drove 7 hours from North Carolina. Check-in opened at 4 PM. We arrived at 6:30 PM to find painters still working inside, ladders in the doorway, paint trays on the porch, and the front door partially open and an overall sketchy situation the made me and the girls I was traveling with feel unsafe.

I called Heirloom and got bounced between multiple reps, each with a different story. Some had no idea why workers were on site. One claimed I was at the wrong address (I had photos of my live location). One eventually admitted the prior guest had thrown a "wild party" the night before and they were repairing damage.

We left after 30 minutes. They pushed for us to come back later that night. I refused — at that point I didn't trust anything they were telling me. It was Easter weekend and busy in Savannah and everything was booked. I decided to accept their offer as a mom traveling solo with my kids-- it was after 8 pm and we were hungry and tired. They moved us to 31 W Congress St — a condo on Savannah's main bar strip adjacent to City Market. Think Beale Street or the French Quarter. The exact opposite of what I'd booked.

Broken elevator. Music and fighting on the street all night. Police sirens and megaphones from 3–6 AM clearing drunks from the bars.

At midnight, with all the streets closed off by police, I had to leave, walk to my car, circle blocks for 30 minutes looking for parking, and walk back alone from a parking garage near 1 AM through an active club district. Nobody slept. We left Easter morning rather than stay the second night.

After a lot of back and forth and messages left with different people, Heirloom took two weeks to respond the would not be refunding me what I requested. Offered me about 10% of what I paid. When I escalated, I got an unsigned reply (signed only "Stay Heirloom") refusing any further refund and claiming to be the "final point of escalation."
