Park and Leisure Ltd Anmeldelser

From the point of ordering the products, which was clear with the delivery charges. The communication was top notch. So I could get on with my day.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable information helped me choose the right parts for my mobile home. Prompt delivery and good products.

Excellent service, prompt and good quality. The communication is excellent. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. There aren't many companies these days that tick all the right boxes. Thank you

First class. Ordered my part on line. They were very communicative in letting me know the order status. Got exactly what I wanted at a good price - very happy thank you.

Very fast delivery 100% service

First time using this company.Ordeing over phone a simple process. Goods were delivered within a couple of days. Would recommend this company . Thank you

Excellent service. Really helpful. Swapped short hoses for long on lpg regulator. Delivery fast.

Very quick response to online query. The roof vents I ordered was an exact fit for my old mounts. They shipped and delivered to Ireland in a few days. I will be buying again from them.

I have to say we were a bit nervous about replacing leaking shower bar ourselves but after sending the photo of existing one and receiving a link for the correct part we ordered it and it arrived a few days later. It was fitted in under 10 mins at a cost of under £50 inc delivery.
Having been quoted £120 we were very pleased we did it ourselves.
Park & Leisure are always very helpful

We found Park and Leisure very helpful. We sent photos of our bathroom ceiling light and they sourced it and it was sent out to us within a few days.
They were very polite and friendly.

I wasn't sure that the item I ordered was the right shower mixer I needed for my static caravan, however I received a courtesy telephone call to discuss what I was looking for exactly, and the item I received was correct and arrived promptly as promised. Many thanks for your help. Steve Cooper, Coven, Staffordshire.

Every department boasts of attentive team members, and the delivery is impressively fast. Outstanding!

Here’s another 5 star review! A naturally suspicious person, I am always sceptical when I see so many 5 stars linked to a company. But if my experience with this business is typical then those stars are justified. Scouting around for essential bits for a 2004 static I came across this site. I was reassured by the owner that the parts I wanted (two roof lights) would fit our model – and they did. And when the delivery company couldn’t find our house, despite it being on a main road, the company’s owner took it on himself to track down the parcel and arrange a collection. From the initial ordering to the final pick-up he kept us informed by text and phone of each stage of the process. Be assured there are some humans out there who are competent and committed to a good customer experience.

The website was easy to use, and replies to emails were very quick . The part wss orderd on 7th September and arrived 10th September well packaged and a perfect fit for my ABI and value for money after trying locally sourced Part that was unsuitable . A very quick and reliable company, highly recommend for all static caravan parts.

Helpful staff in all departments and swift delivery. Excellent

Great service by Park and Leisure. Very good turnaround from ordering to shipping. Very helpful in sorting out the non next day delivery by FedEx by rearranging.
Great customer service.

Amazing turnaround, ordered and confirmed lunchtime one day , delivered by lunchtime the next day .
Product and price exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a pair of basin taps and what I actually received was totally different from the ones displayed/advertised on their website.
I have never had this kind of thing happen before where the item didn't resemble the image online at all. The only similarity was that they are basin taps and that's where the similarity ended.
As this only happened today (27 May 2025) I will see what response I get but I just wanted to make others aware of what has happened to me so they should be cautious when ordering in future.
Update (28 May 2025) - Well I have to say that I am impressed and have changed my star rating from 1 to 3 (for the time being). I got a call first thing from Barry, who was really kind and explained that the item was picked by mistake and that they will send the correct item out today. Once I receive the item I will report back but in the interim I thought that their reaction to my complaint was swiftly and professionally dealt with.

What a great service, fast delivery, easy to use ordering system I would highly recommend them

I bought a few small items from them before I spend any serious money, just a few electrical back boxes and a few other bits. Postage was slow, little frustrating as we were waiting for them (since the old browns ones in situ had failed) however the company was quick to respond to emails which was a plus. When I did receive the back boxes, one was split. I sent an email straight away with a photo showing the crack in the plastic, on 01st May. No response. Sent another on the 6th May, again, no response. It's just one back box so I'll let it go, but sending faulty items is just poor service. Ignoring emails makes it worse. Glad I experienced the lack of service on a £15 order before I spent any serious money. Found another supplier now.
