I had a disappointing experience with Startupwala during my LLP registration process.

Before proceeding, I specifically asked for clarification on MCA guidelines and required documentation. However, instead of addressing my queries, I was provided with a generic document list that did not resolve my concerns. Despite multiple requests, no proper consultation or call with a qualified professional was arranged.

Due to this lack of clarity and miscommunication at the initial stage, I decided not to proceed further. Surprisingly, even though no actual work, documentation, or filing was done, a deduction was still applied under “assignment creation” and “coordination.”

While they later reduced the deduction amount, the overall experience felt more process-driven than customer-focused.

I would recommend future customers to ensure they receive proper consultation and clarity before making any payment.

I chose startup wala as I was promised a stress free and transperent process. The fee was almost twice as the other options in market but their sales team convinced me that it's for the quality of service. I am a solo founder and have a lot of other responsibilities to take care of and hence chose their team but it was a bad decision. First set back was the additional cost that was not disclosed during our earlier discussions and was told to pay almost 4000 etc for govt fee (DSC).
Other than this they are extremely slow in working on the project, takes a lot of chasers and reminders to get things done or get any updates.
MSME certificate was part of the package and I was told to share the company bank details and I did that more than a week ago and still haven't heard anything.
If this is the service I get then I would rather pay half of the cost as there are plenty of options available in the market.
Just a very bad experience, wouldn't recommend.

Its a average experience…in the whole process i have to discuss lot of things to different teams…some times some experience was good and some was not…some team respond very fast and on time and some team goes vanish for some days and get back to us for the next steps.
