I have order twice, once before Covid and the service was flawless. Once again in July 2020 - this second order arrived in Dec 2021 (not a typo, 17 months later). I actually don't think they are scamm... Vis mer

It’s hard to give up after over ten years but starliterx is now just a scam. 0 for 4 delivered since Feb.

Jim, he’s always polite and over 13 long years has been spot on. However, I recently sent him £178 back in March and received nothing.
He keeps telling me postal delays but I have checked and it’s rubbish.
It doesn’t take nearly 2 months and 1 shipment to not receive 6 envelopes - none of them!
Scam artist it would seem he is now conning people

My experience with starliterx.is....more good than bad.
Placed order back around the middle of July. Waited about 5-6 weeks before contacting them regarding my missing order. Was told that they would be reshipping it within the next few days following that email. AGAIN i waited about a month and AGAIN contacted them to see if rhere was anything i could do from my end to resolve the situation. I was told that my order was indeed reshipped around the beginning of September. A couple of weeks later I received part of what must have been someone elses order, because it was indeed NOT what i ordered. AGAIN, I contacted them via email to inform them of this and was told at that time that they would be reshipping to me, for the 3rd time, my original order. And low and behold, to my surprise about 10-12 days later i finally received (HALF ONLY) of my original, which had been placed and paid for at least 3 months earlier....grrrr. However,I understand that unfortunately life happens at the most inopportune times, and NO vendor is able to control what happens with a pkg at the wonderful USPS, so i don't believe they are to blame here. My contact, J, through SL was always very prompt and professional, whike at the ssme time, remaining extremely kind and understanding every time he responded to any of my queries. With all the chaos and craziness that poor man must endure on the daily, I truly commend him and thank him for exhibiting such patience with me during a time where i was getting increasingly upset the longer it drug out. So, J, good job bro, (although i DID only recieve half of my original order, oh well, better than nothing!) Thank you and everyone I've heared mention anything about you is right...you truly "ARE THE MAN" Fyi: be placing another order soon!
