Stapleton Derby Anmeldelser

We had a positive experience with Stapleton Derby and couldn't fault them at all with helping and answering any questions we had.
Thankyou to June who really helped us along the way to get our keys to our new home.

Thank you. X

Stephen Duffy and Georgia Nicholas were so helpful during the probate sale of my Dad's house. The photos & narrative showed the property off beautifully and emphasised its positive features. Stephen ensured potential buyers were aware of the potential of the property and possible ways to upgrade it. He advised us on which buyers were in the best position to proceed and ensured that only genuine buyers viewed the property. He even popped in every week when the property was vacant to ensure we complied with the insurance policy. I would highly recommend them from start to finish.

From start to finish I had the help and support that I needed. On my first meeting with June, I told her I would need my hand holding through the process. June and all the staff did just that, making a difficult job much easier. The whole experience was seamless.

Everything from beginning to end in purchase of newly built house went smoothly and efficiently. My only dealings were with Stephen Duffy who could not have been more helpful.

Stunning, straight forward process that resulted in me getting a top price for my property.

Couldn't be happier.

Called into Stapleton Derby in Rainford, spoke with June who was so helpful. Saw a property online which had an offer on by the time I got into see her. June was so patient and helpful, she looked through all there properties and found a couple more that I'd missed which look superb. Thanks June

Stapleton Derby were great during the sale process .

Special mention for Alex who did the viewings for me , and was great !

I would highly recommend Stapleton Derby (Rainhill) estate agents. Stephen Duffy and all the staff at the Rainhill branch were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, professional, and kept us fully informed during the sale of our house, which was processed and completed without any issues and at a reasonable price. They provided an excellent service for which I am grateful.

June and Alex did a great job with our recent house sale. Whilst this can be a very stressful experience, they responded to all our questions and helped to chase things along to a successful conclusion. Thank you to both for your efforts.

PS, We have settled in, The dogs love it we had a moving in party yesterday Everybody loved the House we still think we are on holiday its so lovely and peacful, we now take country walks.

I would recomend anyone to move to this area your fist stop should be STAPLETON DERBY Estate agents, you will not be dissapointed xxxx

I had had the apartment up for sale for 7 months with David Davies Estate agents and did not have a single viewing!!
They were telling me to reduce the price another £20k
I engaged June from Stapleton Derby and she was very positive and could not believe I had not had a sale let alone a viewing.
I told her about the price decrease and she said that if she could not sell it at that price then she should not be an estate agent ( David Davies take note!!)
I had viewings from the first day it went up for sale with June and a cash buyer was found who paid more than I had expected given the potential price drop DD wanted me to do.
So thank you for an excellent service June and staff at Stapleton Derby.

After being let down by another estate agent the whole process of selling our house with Stapleton Derby was an absolute breeze.
Our agent was very professional with excellent knowledge of the market in our area. They made the selling process so easy and kept us informed every step of the way.
I would not hesitate to recommend Stapleton Derby.

We have recently completed on our purchase of our new project/home with stapleton derby.
June was great from the first phone call. I was unsure whether we should view as the property was a bit over our budget. She encouraged to go and view and see what we thought. Good job we did we put an offer in straight away! June was great answering all of our questions.
Towards the end of the sale we got into a bit of unusual situation we our sellers. Alex was amazing! He stayed calmed, reassured us and guided us through the process as smoothly as he could. He was always on the end of an email and actually showed up in person when we needed him most.
Wouldn't hesitate to sell or buy with stapleton derby again.x

Stapleton Derby Rainhill was our first experience of selling a property. The entire process was smooth and brilliantly handled. After a simple set up the viewings came thick and fast, the eventual buyer moving in after only 11 weeks. We would like to thank Steve Duffy and all the staff from the Rainhill office for their polite, efficient and skilful advice, they regularly communicated to us throughout this sale. We would definitely recommend their services.

Professional service, I was kept up to date with all sale actions and then once sale agreed they continued to inform me of progress. The sale was made uncomplicated and easy. Thank you

Excellent Service from Ste and the team at Stapleton Derby selling our parents home. Professional and friendly would highly recommend. From Carol,Bernard and Lorraine

I cannot speak highly enough of Stephen Pennington at the St Helens branch. I was a buyer looking at a property which was quite sought after. Stephen contacted me directly and bent over backwards to fit me in with a viewing. Unfortunately, not all estate agents are as helpful to buyers and I have refused to make offers on houses / view where the agents have had terrible attitudes.
I received a follow up call from another member of staff following my viewing who was also absolutely lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to sellers because they are fantastic with buyers so you are more likely to sell!

We very recently bought a house advertised through Stapleton Derby Rainford and could not be happier with the services received. June and Alex have been fantastic right from the very start. They offered great advice, kept us updated of the latest additions to the market and once we found our dream home, pushed to get things through as quickly and smoothly as possible for us. They worked tirelessly and kept us well informed at every stage. We are extremely grateful and would use them again in future if we move again (although we are hoping to have many happy years here).
I would highly recommend any one looking to sell or buy to contact June and Alex at Stapleton Derby Rainford.

Recently sold a house using Stapleton Derby. Very happy to recommend the whole team at the Rainhill branch, in particular Alex Roberts who did a great job in conducting viewings, expediting the sale and keeping us fully informed during the process
