Frames I was given were not correct color. Gaslighted and called a liar by say and manger.
Frames were not what I ordered (wrong color). Staff were not helpful at all. Told me I was wrong, even though I had a copy of my order that showed correct color. Manager did the same. Will not be returning.
Edited to add: it’s now been 1 month and I have heard nothing from anyone at Stanton Optical.

No problems with Stanton
I had no problems with Stanton. They took care of my glasses and prescription in a timely manner. They were helpful and considerate . I would recommend them to anybody.

I was told that they accept my…
I was told that they accept my insurance but when it came down to pricing, they said that I could get a better deal with one of their specials going on. I ended paying almost triple what I normally pay for contacts. The staff was friendly but I’m upset I had to pay so much without getting a heads up. Also the contacts I received are super thin and rip very easily.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, contact order was delayed nearly one month from time of PAID IN FULL purchase. I had to call each time for updates regarding the status of my order, was told i would receive a call back, never happened. Just awful experience for my first visit.

They answered all of my questions and were more than happy to help me with my insurance from the beginning, even though they were not listed on my insurance as a preferred provider.

Customer service is great
Everybody especially andres .. very helpful informative and helped me make the right decision. Just wish it didn't take 2 weeks for 2 pairs i ordered but wish they came in at the same time. But not the stores fault.

Unprofessional staff. The virtual exam is the worst part. The force you to read something that you can't see. They give you incorrect prescription. The manager (Joshua) solution it's put .25 less to your current prescription and said you see more clear...of course you see more clear if their prescription was 1.25 different. I recommend you to find another place

My glasses were damaged and I was not…
My glasses were damaged and I was not notified. They did glued them but I would have preferred I was notified and had the option to replace them instead of glue them back together.
Customer service was excellent and the glasses were ready on a reasonable time.
