I should have researched the company before buying. I purchased a lightstick on March 8th, and it still hasn't been delivered. Despite numerous emails sent, I requested a refund before the 30-day period was up, and they told me it wasn't possible, even though the website says you can request a refund within 30 days. They respond politely and ask for patience, but in reality, they are a scam. Anyway, my fault.

Communication was good, photo cards are good quality

I ordered the light stick since February 2, 2026. I’ll be going back-and-forth getting no answer getting the same email the eight times asking for refund and then they gave me all this excuses first it was the holidays second of all was still backed up so many excuses either send me the light stick or give me my money back if someone spent three months

Ich hab 2 Light Sticks bestellt und sie sind nach einem Monat immer noch nicht angekommen, obwohl es nur 7-14 Tage gebraucht hätte. Nach mehrfachen Nachfragen bekam ich immer wieder nur die gleiche automatische Antwort. KAUFT NICHT DORT EIN!!!!!!!!

I would give this a 0, but unfortunately, I have to give it a 1. I pre-ordered two BTS Light Sticks, but I haven't received any updates yet. Since they didn't make it clear that it was a preorder, I asked for a refund. They responded with a suspicious email stating that I would have to wait for it to be delivered. Their refund policy is also unclear on the website. I haven't come across a 12-hour refund policy. Usually, if the customer is unhappy, and the request has not been fulfilled, they get a refund. Bogus! I find that their responses seem prewritten or staged. They also reply with "Dear Valued Customer," instead of my name or order number. I searched this website on social media, and their Instagram has been taken down. Their TikTok is filled with comments asking if their orders will arrive and if they can get a refund. Reddit also has a thread about ordering from Stansphere, and multiple people have come forward to say it was a scam website and that they never received their order or were given counterfeit items. Please avoid this shop at all costs! I hope that their website gets taken down too, so no more young K-pop stans get taken advantage of.

Placed an order on 31st Jan 2026 and have not received it to date. Been in touch with the company and delivery timeframe seems to always be extended for another month and another month. Excuse after excuse! Not worth the stress. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a bts lightstick on Jan 30th. Been back and forth with emails demanding refund (since it was never posted) until the emails started bouncing back. Their insta dn FB pages are now gone too but theyre still trading. Nationwide gave me my £50 back. Absolite con artists. Avoid!

Scam. De sender aldrig deres vare. Boykot aberne. Bestilt for næsten 2 mdr. siden.

Order 3 photocards packets, only got 1 out of the 3 correct. Contacted by email. The person said they were busy and it will take time. Said the same thing for the next 2 emails. Then never responded to the last 2 email I sent.

Horrible experience, please do not buy anything from them. I bought an item on 26th February and the tracking says no shipped yet. It was for a gift. I have emailed them but no reply.

okay so i bought my twice light stick on feb 17 and for shipping to take 7-14 days it still says waiting on details i emailed them and they said that they were taking a break because of lunar new year and that they will start doing orders again first week of march still no update and i emailed them so many times after that and i got no more responses after that was the only time i ever got one and i thought this store was good because my friend recommended it to me and got her lightstick before buying from there look at the reviews is what i should have done guys buy from another store like the oppa one

If I could give zero I would. Order should have already been here and they haven't even processed either order. Reached out and they tell me it's New Years and are taking off for month be back sometime in March. What a joke

I requested a refund from this company after waiting 5 weeks for my BTS light stick which I never received and after several emails they responded saying it’s to late to cancel and past it’s 24 hour refund policy.StanSphere then emailed me saying the reason why it’s taking so long is because of the Chinese holiday and I could expect my order sometime in late March or early April when I ordered on February 5th 2026.My bad for not researching this companies website and checking reviews!I will call my bank and see if they will refund me my money.In my opinion this company (StanSphere) is not honest trustworthy or a reputable company and website.BEWARE AND DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

I ordered a BTS light stick over a month ago, and it took over a month to finally be shipped. They only shipped my product after I had already disputed the charge with my bank, after looking at the Trustpilot reviews. Before I disputed it with my bank, I emailed them about canceling my order, but they responded that if the order was already processed, then they could not cancel and refund it (it was not processed yet, according to the tracking history). It was finally delivered today, two weeks after being shipped, and the box was beat up, and the product was dirty. It synced with the app, but it has no use to me for the upcoming BTS concerts anyway. Do not buy from this company, because they take forever to deliver and I don't know if it's an even guaranteed delivery. There's no need for unecessary stress waiting for a response from the company or a product you ordered.

There is no information about shipping or updates on the cancellation requests, just a response saying, "Sorry for the delay, we will look into it." The 14-business-day delivery window has already closed. An official complaint has been filed with the bank to request a refund.

Don’t buy from here!! It’s a scam! They don’t respond to you, I’ve been messaging them non stop to give me a refund as I wanted to cancel my order. Guess what, instead of saying your order was canceled and refund is on the way, they reply “we are looking into it”! If I don’t get no reply for this whole week, I will contact my bank.

Don’t buy here — it’s a scam. They don’t respond or help with your questions, everything takes far too long, and they don’t allow returns.
