Standard Life Home Finance are an exceptional company and I could not possibly be happier with the way my issue has been dealt with so quickly, and professionally.
The person I dealt with,Sam Carroll, was extremely kind and helpful, very professional at the same time and I asked if I could possibly have some more money from my drawdown savings. I received an email yesterday saying within five days I should get the official offer yet it arrived the following day( today), it’s all been signed and within a couple of hours received another email saying my money would be available at the end of the week! I couldn’t have asked for more than that. A huge thank you all round to such fantastic service!

From the outset of my requirement, everything was kept very simple and positive... My only reservation is the time it took for the actual result etc..
But, the as the matter was not urgent this became irrelevant..
The date l referred to concerned the very important change of title from SLHF. to More2life which might have impacted on my drawdown.. I received a helpful 'phone call on this matter.. I believe l spoke to a Sam Carroll... As l had returned the signed confirmation letter promptly, there was no problem... And no problem with the outcome... Thank you.

The Standard Life agent Asif, I spoke to was very helpful and informative. I have recieved notification from Standard Life that More2Life would be taking over the running of my account - I am making the most of a Drawdown facility. In order for my heir not to have a large debt when the time comes I am paying back monthly to reduce the overall amount. I wanted to know what,if anything would change when the swap was made. He told me that at the moment things are remaining the same but that I would be receiving a further notification of the changes, if any I would need to make.

Asif was extremely helpful in assisting me in fulfilling the request that i had made.all actions were promptly and efficiently executed.

Once my policy was approved, the speed at which I could use my drawdown facility has gradually improved meaning access to available funds over the last couple of years when needed.

Everything completed on-line although I did send an email asking them to confirm they had received my Docusign papers. A quick response was received to confirm.

Staff member listened and dealt with my questions (no matter how many times I asked), offer expedited quickly all communications clear and prompt
