⭐ 1/5 – Misleading product, abusive support – AVOID

I purchased the Stand mod menu based on its official website, which highlights numerous online-focused features such as Session Browsing, Block Joins, Enhanced Chat, and more.
Nowhere on the site does it clearly state that the menu is intended only for solo/offline use, nor that using it in public online sessions may result in bans, crashes, or detection.

When I raised this concern in their official Discord support channel, I was met with:

Sarcasm and mockery from moderators

No responsibility taken for the lack of clear information

Personal insults from both staff and community members

And finally, I was muted and silenced for simply asking why this wasn't disclosed on their product page.

To make matters worse, they now claim it's "obvious" and users should "use common sense" to understand the limitations — despite the fact that their marketing suggests the exact opposite.

I have full screenshots of the support team's toxic behavior, the product page lacking disclaimers, and the community attacking anyone who asks valid questions. This is not just unprofessional — it's manipulative.
❗ Bottom line:

The product is misleadingly advertised

No proper disclaimer exists about limitations

Support is hostile and toxic

No refund options are provided

You're blamed for not “understanding” what wasn’t written

I will be reporting this to payment providers and relevant consumer protection authorities. Until this product is marketed transparently and ethically, I strongly recommend avoiding it entirely.

To echo what my fellow users were saying, It has the worst customer support ever, managed by the most full of themselves, rude, obnoxious people I've ever seen. I got called dumb (which I'd like to see these idiots do it to my face by the way) and banned just for asking clarifications about a some help instructions that were not that clear anyway.I did not spam comment; nor been rude in any shape or form. Not so long ago, there were good, friendly & helpful folks there, and I can see now why they left.

Le menu était très bon avant l'arrivée de Battle eyes maintenant impossible de jouer en ligne même avec le Pink eye qui est censé faire rejoindre les joueurs.

Il désactive vos comptes sans trop vous dire pourquoi( compte suspendu car activité suspecte) alors si jouer avec le mode Menu approximativement tous les 6 mois est une activité suspecte....

Deuxième fois que je rachète le menu Basic( 10 € ) pour au final en racheter un et ne rien pouvoir faire.

Il y a aussi une qualité très médiocre du SAV il faut se battre bec et ongles pour trouver le lien discord une fois le compte suspendu ( lien qui n'apparaît plus sur la page compte une fois le compte suspendu) ce que à l'heure actuelle je n'ai toujours pas réussi à faire....

J'envisage de passer sur un autre mode Menu plus utile plus agréable et qui fonctionne pour le coup .

Menu at itself WAS good until Battleye. Its not working anymore properly and if you ask the Support youre only getting bad awnsers from very bad support. They wont help you with anything so youre pretty much on your own when having problems :). I paid 50 bucks for it and it is just laughable to ban a customer from the own server but some people are just how they are. Get 2take1 instead. Much better menu.

worst support ive ever seen, mods are constantly pissed off about everything

its not working and the guy who has to hlep on discord does reply but 10h. after you send him a mesage and i bad for regulasr stand i tried it izt like 3 times after that it didnt work the guy said . nothing and didnt reply

Stand is a amazing mod menu.

There isn't much more to it than that really.

The features are amazing and I've had a lot of good fun trolling griefers and other modders too.

would highly recommend if you're bored of GTA and want a new way to have fun or make others day better

Pro’s: Protections against everything possible, only doesn’t protect from host kicks, but no mod menu protects from it. Very customizable UI. Great LUA/Pluto API. Easily add’able .lua’s form the menu. Very stable. And the best feature, console when you press “u”, does its thing better than than any attempt to repeat it, unbeatable.

Cons: Personally, the launchpad looks win10’ish and would need re-design in the future, but it does its job. WILL be hard to find many options when using first time, but in a week or two you will remember every command and function you need. Overpriced Ultimate menu, could have been cheaper, but I feel that it’s because one-time payment, so if you look trough diff pov’s, then you’ll might understand why it’s 50€ and not less.

If you need most customizable, stable and non-fps-eating menu this is the best one for you. (Also if you need menu with very good lua experience this is the one, you can do anything you can imagine with this if you find the way), then you got right in the best menu ever for it.

Hey guys, this may be useful to those looking for a menu or considering Stand.

Firstly I previously used Kingpin (useless ) i know and Impulse is great but not to (Great but closed), and back then i was using Kiddions Modest menu aswell but then i decided to buy Stand and omygosh im so happy with my purchase first off

First impressions:

Easy to buy, the website is clear and super simple. It's very well made and the quaility surprised me.

i chose the Ultimate Stand version.

Installing, is really just open the app, everything is very clear and obvious. if you go to Kodama on discord he or she has a helpful video on their profile on youtube on how to install Stand and remove exclusion from your antivirus

First use: they have a tutorial and options for laptop keyboards / Controllers.

UI: it's cear and easy to navigate, with hotkeys and saved commands (favs).

Features: it's similar to impulse but with fewer greifing options (Good tbh). i love the "remove transaction pending" option and the portable radio (R* really, flying cars and no Ipod / music app?)

Plus you can use external LUA scripts so features can be modded too.

Protections: Awesome , granted there are always ways for a reject to cause issues but if you are stategic, it's more than fine. Such as kicking people who try to kick you.

Commands: you can share them through chat, for example I often share the spawn commands with the session so anyone can get cars.

Updates: the updates are fast, when gta updated and broke it, it was fixed within a day.

Extras: the uwu filter.... I didn't know I needed that but when someone is arguing it's great to make them....dangerous.

If you are thinking of buying an want to know something, let me know. To avoid a wall of nonsense.

Ils ont banni mon compte je sais pas pourquoi j’ai rien fait de spécial juste d’injectée le mode menu dans mon jeu et aussi essayer de rentrer ma clé qui ne voulait pas marcher d’ailleurs et j’ai plus accès à mon compte donc 25€ de perdu

Scammers, they disabled my mod menu for absolutely no reason and they banned me from there guilded server without even answering to this message :
Story :
2 days ago i joined the Stand.gg discord server to download a theme, i also asked in the chat if they knew how to aim while using superjump. A user then posted a screenshot of the reviews i had on ReviewDB(a vencord plugin). The reviews that i have on my profile are trolls/fake reviews from friends that say that i cookie log people. I then replied to that screenshot saying(obviously joking) "I only logged like 5 guyz" after that i went on with my day and enjoyed modding gta online.
A couple hours after that when i tried looking for some modded vehicles i saw that i wasnt in the stand discord server anymore.
I then continued modding GTA online(my mod menu wasn't disabled) a couple hours later when i tried to join the stand.gg discord server it said i was banned, I hadnt received any reason or dm from a bot explaining why. I then got my alt acc and joined the stand.gg discord server and opend a ticket 20s after i joined to see why i was banned. The moderator then told me i was banned because i had "N####as be hating on me" written in my bio and because i spoke about cookie logging. after that the owner(kodama) joined the ticket channel and said smth like "U got banned for 2 reasons : 1. Rasicm(U have the N word in ur bio) 2. U uploaded files that contained a cookie logger". And before i could answer to those false accusations the owner banned me from the server and disabled my mod menu saying "ur ban evading" while the only reason I joined with an alt was to open a ticket and know why i got banned. After that i sent a friend request to kodama to explain why all this was nonsensen and he simply blocked me. And basically scamming my 25usd

So the reason why my 25USD mod menu got permanently disabled is :
Ban evasion : while the only reason I was on an alt was to know why I got falsely banned so it wasn't at all like I was trying to "ban evade".

False accusations that resulted in the ban :
I have the N word in my bio, I have that bio since over 2mo and i am active in 20+ discord servers and there was never ever a moderator/admin that told me anything about it for the simple reason my bio isnt part of the discord server, even if it would bother the moderators/admins and be against the server rules well they could just ask and i would change it.
Sharing cookie logger files : frist of allI i never cookie logged anyone in my life, i was obviously joking when i said that replying to that screenshot. 2nd of all i never uploaded a file/link/image to the stand.gg server, I only was in that server one day and the only things I did was download a theme and ask a question in the chat and jokingly replying to a screenshot

I bought the ultimate and got suspended from my stand account the same day didnt know why.
It say compromised account and i didnt do anything stupid.

That menu is literally 11/10. Like if stand would cease to exist, I’d drop playing gta at all in an instant and for thus whining about the pink ugly theme, in their discord u find everything - you can make it look like anything you’d imagine lol.

Banned from GTA in 2 weeks using Stand (Premium version I paid) in solo lobby, not even killing people lmao
Avoid it.

10/10 mod menu pretty swag tbh
