Worst costumer service Ever
Worst costumer service Ever! I have over 25 pair of Stance socks and the socks are really great. I always purchase light thickness, however the last package that arrived where very thick and uncomfortable, although it said 'light' on the website. I reached out to costumer service and Fleur, the one who responded was like nope, you'll pay for it.
I explained why I thought it was not fair because the socks are not 'light thickness' at all, but again: you will pay for the return, thanks!
I'll pay for the return, but they just lost a costumer that spend hundreds of euro's on socks, and would be in the future.

Really great customer service - I had an issue with an order and Stance customer service was super helpful and friendly. Went beyond their way to get it right. Products are also great!

My second order with this company - Dreadful
My second order with this company, this time, the socks arrived with tags not attached, not boxed as usual stuffed into a bag, i got in touch, Fleur told me ALL of their products are posted boxed, she was lying clearly. The prices should come with excellent service, sadly this is not the case. Fleur, you need retraining on your customer service, two customers lost for shoddy experience. You should care more about your customers, we are paying your wages!

Stance europe has to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with, they ignore all e-mails and they do not answer phone calls. The size chart for men are not uk sizes, the result is you are sent oversized clothing. Even worse they are obstructive if you want to exchange, I have not asked for a refund, simply a different size! Now I have sent them back to some dubious address in Havant, UK. For a full refund, do not bother with this company if you want to keep your money. Also returns you pay for, not this Theresa May Company. If you have money to burn and do not care if you are ignored, then crack on.

After 30 years finaly find the perfect socks
Strong, quality material, durability is high
When you order online they send the socks ina beautifull box and wrap the socks in strong paper so that they can not be dammaged!
Customerservice is very friendly...So nice
