We went on a Saturday to buy a washing machine. The gent was very helpful and friendly, as well as being able to offer the right advice.
We purchased one and they booked in the free delivery on the Monday.
Delivery was great- they contacted me when nearby (having already told me a 2 hour window on Saturday) and unpacked it all upon arrival.

Good customer service... checked my address and that I was happy with my order before then sending.

The cooker hood that I bought was fine and was delivered on time. The only negative so far concerns the delivery. The driver refused to remove the item from the pallet and take it down the path alongside the house (a distance of about 10 metres on the level). My kitchen fitters stepped in and carried it around the house for me. The driver then told them that he didn't need the pallet and left it behind for me to sort out! Is this normal behaviour?!

The staff made me feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service.

A well priced fridge freezer, granted it was slightly damaged. The customer service was great, with a call from the guys to confirm my order and when the delivery would be. I'd recommend using them.
