Defective product and support refused to help resolve the issue and replace my order. They kept asking me to take pictures and videos but the product is a disaster I wouldn't even know where to begin to take a picture of it. The backing never came off and could not get it off whatever we did. The transfer paper came off and the vinyl is stuck to the backing impossible to get off.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry you had difficulty with the transfer application. We never refused to help, and a reprint was offered multiple times. To make sure the reprint doesn't have the same issue, we asked for photos so we could identify the cause and correct it. That offer still stands, and even a quick photo of the item as is would help us move forward. Please reach out anytime, as we'd be glad to resolve this for you.

Seems OK but cardboard package got left outside by FedEx and got wet. Contents were saturated & wrinkled :-(. Hopefully will still transfer properly. Product should have been shipped in waterproof packaging.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the delivery process; however, we have no control over the manner of delivery offered by our shipping partners. That being said, we appreciate your feedback about the waterproof packaging and will take it into consideration as part of our packaging process in the future. Thanks again.

The material arrived well packaged and apparently everything was fine. I ordered some decals, one large and two small ones. I didn't have any problems with the small one, but the large one, after being applied and the protective film was removed, wouldn't come off. Sometimes I couldn't transfer it to where I wanted, ruining the decal. They only offered a discount if I reordered, but I'm not going to pay twice for something that came defective.

The vinyl lettering is excellent. My only issue is that with very small lettering, sometimes they come off the transfer paper and onto the backing, so I have to manually place and adjust the letters.

Nice sign! Difficult to apply.

Thank you for your feedback. We always include a detailed installation guide with our products to make the setup process as smooth as possible. That said, we're always looking to improve, if you have any suggestions on how we can make installation easier, we’d love to hear them. Your input helps us serve you better.

Vurdert til 1 av 5 stjerner

Difficult to install because thin pieces of paper stuck to the back of the lettering. Lettering does not properly cling to the windows causing them to slide when there is moisture in the air. Do not recommend.
