HERE below is an exchange with Sqribble Support team after I raised a CRITICAL issue that ALL my FlipBooks are not working at all when the VIEWER is using a mobile phone - whether iPhone or Android.

The docs concerned work as expected on a Tablet or a PC/Laptop - but just freeze when using a mobile.

I contacted Sqribble support a week ago - they have only just responded saying "try another browser - Safari has some issues" - Its NOT my browser I am worried about, its the browser being used by the VIEWERS of my content - MSOT of whom WILL be using a mobile (both Android and Iphone) and THEY will not know why they are not seeing the FlipBooks concerned. My consequent conclusion is I now need to find a platform that DOES work and DOES do wahat is says on the tin. Here is the exchange with Sqribble. VERY DISSAPPOINTED but not surprised.

So Sqribble Flipbooks simply do not work with SAFARI - THE most common browser on mobile phones.

So ALL of my Flipbooks - when used by a remote interested party - and who use Safari to browse - will FAIL to see my content !!!! And will NOT know why.

You know that this means that the tool is unfit for purpose and that I must now find an alternative tool.

Since this is SO fundamental to your users of Sqribble, I am frankly amazed it has taken you SO LONG to respond to my SUPPORT TICKET - your team simply MUST surely already be wide awake to the inadequacy of the tool - SURELY.

It will not help if I switch to another browser - the people that matter - MY CONTENT VIEWERS - will use THEIR browser of choice - mostly Safari of course - and THEY WILL just see NOTHING and will not know why - or that THEY need to switch browsers - REALLY ?????

I simply cannot believe what you are saying nor why you think this RESOLVES my issue - it does not.

It takes a while to get use to it but overall, this software comes in handy. It saves a lot of time, and there are plenty of templates to help you get started. There are upsells that you will have to purchase to take full advantage of the software, but that's business; I look at it as an investment. If you have any basic design skills and have access to other programs like Adobe Premier or Canvas, then some of the upsells you can bypass. I use this program with Adobe Premier sometimes, just to have my own style on certain projects.
