My experience with Spyrix has been positive. I needed a way to review computer activity remotely, and the logs and screen capture features work well for that. They refused to refund me, even though their policy clearly states that refunds are possible when technical issues can’t be resolved. Their communication dropped off, and their support system seems deliberately designed to block escalation. This company appears more focused on protecting sales than on supporting users.

I’ve since escalated the issue externally and would not recommend Spyrix to anyone expecting transparency or basic customer service.

There is NO WAY this Company gets a 2.7 rating. That is by far the most generous rating I’ve seen for a company as bad as this one. I don’t even know where to start. I’ll say this. First off if you have a question forget it. Not unless the target computer is sitting in your lap because if you have any sort of timeframe at all, you can forget it. You send an email and they get back to you when they get back to you. And they may or may not answer your question. They don’t care. It doesn’t matter. That’s the only way you can contact them. The first time I bought the wrong plan. Of course you can’t call these people so I had to spend twice and buy the correct one. Well because I did not get back to them within their certain amount of time, of course they use this as a reason for keeping my money even though I never used anything. OK, fair enough. You got me. Fair and square. So I will tell my story everywhere.

Don't throw money with these!
I purchased the version for 3 computers but it does not work on anyone, the worst thing is that the support are incapable and give solutions that do not work making me waste a lot of time in addition to the money for purchasing it !!!
I also asked the support to connect to the computer remotely to make Spyrix work but they don't do it, probably because they know it doesn't work !!!
P.S.: I don't know how to answer their answer so I write here: I have been writing 2 weeks on the support and as already written is unable to make the correct SW install !!!

We are using this soft to track how customer service works and chats with customers. It's easy to use and the support replies quickly.

Main reason to buy this app was to check activities online. Keep in mind that you will need target computer anyways because 90% of the data is stored locally and not included in reports sent to you. you can request screenshots and other stuff but that's not reliable as you will get requested data very late or never get it. So better buy cheaper app even without live view which is not reliable anyways and even if the app stores data locally only. secondly they claim that Mac can't detect it. This app worked fine for a month and then user got an alert that Spryix might ruin your computer and you should delete it, and the user deleted it. Mac can detect it anytime even without any antivirus. Brilliant minds at Spyrix didn't even bother to change the name of the app so that if its detected, user doesn't know the name and can't search for all the details online. Obviously once user comes to know he/she was being monitored using Spyrix, he knows the location of the app, you can't use it anymore. On top of all this intelligence, you can't change the installation folder either. So all the money spent to monitor someone is wasted and Spyrix won't take any responsibility for that except that we will take care of this in future but can't do anything about this now, refunds can't be made after 14 days of purchase. Come on, you claim this app can not be detected and if this claim is proved wrong, at least take responsibility for that. So I paid all the money to use this app for literally one month only.

Easy to download, operate and navigate, doesn't long though. Matter of fact I had it for a week and nothing from any date besides that first day. Glad it happened during the trial. Definitely wasn't paying for it after that.

This company is a complete fraud. Do NOT trust the 4 and 5 star reviews as they appear to be planted by the company itself.

I was unfortunate enough to fall victim to this scam, and since I was dumb enough to use PayPal, I will now need to sue PayPal itself in small claims since it is impossible to get a refund from the company as it is headquartered in Russia.

Spyrix monitoring does not work. Period. Their support is a joke. This company exists solely to rip off unsuspecting consumers.

DO NOT BUY!
I bought the Pro version for monitoring my kids' accounts. Two days after I asked for a refund because of the following reasons:
- the program keeps crashing
- the program didn't monitor new accounts I added
- the program MONITORED MY OWN ACCOUNT I EXCLUDED from monitoring
- the program streams a live view of the entire system regardless of the user account you are logged in

Basically this whole program is huge SECURITY HAZARD!
Do not buy this unless you want yourself to be spied by Spyrix.

Needless to say they haven't refund me till this day regardless the amount of emails I sent.

STAY AWAY!!!

I have contacted their support (and demanded my money back) about 10 times. Their messages were useless.
They monitor un-selected accounts. BE WARE!
DO NOT BUY!

Bought pro version over one week ago and it has never worked it will not stay open on my desktop running windows 10.
Support has been back and forth with me-replies to messages every 24 hrs but not anything helpful
I will update / upgrade rating if it ever functions properly since for the 5 seconds it actually stays open it looks like it would be great
At this point i feel like they are just stringing me along so i don't try for refund
