I've used Sproutl a couple of times now, great service, no fuss. Sproutl has a great selection of plants and accessories, most of which I can't find at my local garden centre.

Sproutl is amazing! Not only do they have some lovely products but the customer service is impeccable and their delivery was fantastic, I ordered a couple of pots and my products were wrapped up so carefully so they arrived in perfect condition when I got them.

An excellent ordering experience! I purchased a few items from Sproutl's "bulb lasagne" collection, and all items arrived ahead of schedule and packed perfectly. I wouldn't usually know where to start with picking bulbs or planting them properly, but the instructions were really clear and made me feel like I could start gardening with a bit more confidence.

Fantastic experience with this company. Bought during lockdown and just received a note and a gift for being one of their first customers who helped them get going in difficult times. Marketing at its best and I will gladly recommend to anyone. Small gesture makes so much difference. Well done and all the best for the future.

I ordered a specific rose from Sproutl. The plant arrived amazingly quickly and in very good condition; it is now growing well. Good product and good service. I recently received a thank you note with some seeds for (unknown to me) being one of the first customers, a very nice touch. Will definitely use them again for mail delivery garden plants and products.

Excellent selection of pots and really glad they had the William Morris design I had been looking for. My pot arrived quickly and was packaged very carefully in sustainable packaging. So impressed! Brilliant customer service too. Would unreservedly recommend this company.

Great products and service
I got a plant and a pot for the office and some compost to repot some of my other plants, the website was really easy to use and everything was delivered pretty quick. There was a lot of packaging but it's better than broken pots! I found out later that all the packaging is compostable so pretty good overall

Really impressed. They were in touch the whole way through when needed, everything was delivered perfectly, in sustainable packaging that actually protected the plant inside (definitely not what I’ve had from other retailers). Would definitely order from these guys again!

They sent me a bay tree infested with Vine Weevil. They refused to collect it (as it spreads to other plants in your garden) and asked me to dispose of it. That was two weeks ago and still no refund. Appalling company 😡

I ordered 2 items- a plant and a pot to go with it. One was not available so I chose to wait for both but they ignored this request and sent the plant alone. The plant arrived with an infestation and I reported this. They advised that I destroy the plant and they would organise a refund. I destroyed the plant as instructed but have not received a refund. Instead they tried to send a pot now which wasn't the model that I ordered and I had already requested a refund so I refused delivery. Again they promised a full refund but I have not yet received it. The products are substandard or not available and they try to send substitutes instead of refunding, they are difficult to get hold of and don't seem to keep their promises either. I would not use this company again.

Another fantastic order experience

I ordered 7 anouk lavendars, one lemon tree, a marshmallow fork and a heater. All arrived so quickly and in great condition.

Ordered some houseplants from Sproutl and they arrived on time and in great condition with clear instructions on how to look after them. Impressed with the variety of plants available and matching pots.

Highly recommend! Great products for a fair price and Sproutl's Customer Service Team is extremely helpful!

I cannot fault the service and product that I received from Sproutl. My fern arrived in perfect condition (due to the fabulous packaging used), on time and all queries that I had for the team were answered quickly and considerately.

I would thoroughly recommend using Sproutl and cannot wait to buy my next plant from them again very soon.
