Pro-Design Copier
I brought Pro-Design Copier - 160gsm - A4. I used it to print my Zines for one of my university projects and it’s went amazing. Definitely recommend it to print for posters, cards, magazines etc

Poor customer service & delivery
I made a consistent order that arrived in a damaged box where anything could have easily missed and when I contacted the customer support to ask why they charged extra 11 pounds, since I live in UK and the company is from UK, they replied it is VAT applicable to all in UK in a sarcastic manner, although there was no place om their website to say the prices exclude VAT.
Would not reccomend.

Svar fra Springboard Supplies
Dear Paula,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I'm sorry to hear your were disappointed with your experience.
On each product page, the price is clearly shown including and excluding VAT. In line with other educational suppliers, our prices are shown both including and excluding VAT to make it easier for schools and businesses claiming back the VAT.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further assistance with this, we will be more than happy to help.
Best regards,
Customer Services
Great customer service.
Had the item I wanted in stock and at a good price. I couldn’t remember when the delivery was due to arrive but when I phoned customer service the lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly.
