This should be a minus 5, disgusting service, quoted 3-6 days for delivery, now on day 62 & still no update on delivery, no way to contact them, how are they still in business!! AVOID

Great service overall
We started using Spring Global in December 2021, we had some teething problems but managed to get them resolved through our account manager who is very helpful and responsive.
The good thing about using Spring Global is that, when things go wrong to a particular destination they have abilities to change the line to a different service provider with little effort which is good option to have.
Overall we are a happy customer.

Great price and speed
Having used royal mail for years, we were hesitant to move to a new courier however spring have delivered our parcels in record speeds and with great tracking indicators. Dean and his team have been on hand whenever we needed and i couldn't be happier.

Reliable Service

Great service
The best courier company I have ever dealt with. In the short amount of time I have been with them it has been so easy to pick up the phone and speak so someone who could deal with the issue.
The percentage of returns is considerably smaller than with DPD.
