Paid for but not received
Never received confirmation email to allow download of items. Since I didn't have confirmation email there was no order number to use with customer service. Had to cancel charge with credit card company.

We are surprised by this review as it contradicts the technical data in our system. We have reviewed the logs for your orders (#2396 and #2397) and can confirm the following:
1. Delivery: Confirmation emails were successfully delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
2. Access: Our system tracks every download attempt. According to our logs, you accessed and downloaded the templates 8 times in total, using both a mobile device (iPhone) and a desktop computer (Mac).
3. Verification: We have recorded the specific timestamps and IP addresses for each of these successful downloads.
Claiming that you did not receive the items while our records show multiple successful downloads is a serious misrepresentation. We have already provided this evidence to the payment processor to contest your chargeback.
We take pride in our service and our product delivery system. We encourage you to check your "Downloads" folder or your browser history, as our records clearly show you have the files.

I am unable to access my purchase
I am unable to access my purchase. 1st, the zip files convert to word and disable any links on my PC so I tried my imac. Here is the click path - Download a PDF, view PDF, click download on excel link, get sent to Mediafire, view Mediafire files and then do a THIRD download. This excel file now says I can't edit or use the file as I only have view only access and that I have to contact my company admin for access and when I click sign in, it is forcing me to log into Microsoft accounts. 2 of the 6 I bought are the wrong spreadsheets. Compatiblity issues with another 2 since I don’t have the program “unique,” and one one I ch age the year and it miscalculated data. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO GET MY PURCHASE. AVOID.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, and we’d like to clarify a few important points for future customers reading this review.
First, all download links are provided inside PDF files, which must be opened with a proper PDF reader (such as Preview on macOS or Adobe Reader on Windows). PDF files do not convert themselves into Word documents — this only happens if they are manually opened using Microsoft Word instead of a PDF viewer. When opened correctly, all download links work as intended on any device.
Second, all Excel files are hosted in secure cloud storage. This is standard practice and allows us to:
* deliver large files instantly,
* keep links updated,
* provide access to all customers at all times.
The download process typically takes less than 10 seconds once the link is opened.
Third, Microsoft Excel templates require an active, licensed version of Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365) to be edited. If Excel opens files in view-only mode or requests a sign-in, this means the software is not activated or the user is not logged in. This is a Microsoft licensing requirement and is clearly stated on our website, in the product description, and inside the download instructions.
As an alternative, we also provide a Google Sheets version, which is completely free to use with a Google account.
Fourth, none of our files are locked, restricted, or protected by admin permissions. We do not use company-level restrictions, and there are no “contact your administrator” messages added by us.
Regarding compatibility and calculations: all templates are fully tested in officially supported software. Incorrect calculations can occur when files are opened in unsupported, outdated, or unlicensed software versions.
Finally, we were in contact and explained how to:
* correctly open the PDF,
* download the files,
* and activate or choose the appropriate software (Excel or Google Sheets).
Unfortunately, difficulty using required software does not mean the product itself is inaccessible or defective.
We always aim to help and respond to support requests, but digital products require basic compatibility with the software they are designed for.

I'm not normally one for writing reviews but it would be unfair not to.
I contacted Spreadsheet Hub regarding a multi currency net worth, budget, expense tracking, investing and remittance tracker and what they produced with a few minor tweaks along the way was exceptional, fully auto formatting and actually a real game change for my personal overview.

Lost 20 kg by using the habit tracker…
Lost 20 kg by using the habit tracker for my diet and other habits. Checked the food and stuff i had to take daily and 20kg are gone after 4 months. Discipline and PROCESS is required. Spreadhseet hub is amazing for that and I am deeply grateful for their work.
I now have the Habit tracker, futures journal, net worth tracker, income and expense tracker and about to purchase another one.
