Good quality and Great experience 👍

Wide selection

The company sent me the wrong item. I sent the customer service two emails requesting a return shipping label to correct the issue and received zero response.

I purchased an Alpha Industries NY Yankees jacket at the end of November 2025. It took days to arrive in the UK but Ash Camal did not put the item as a gift and there were taxes to be paid to DHL. I order items from the US all the time and never have taxes to pay. I refused the taxes and the item was returned on the 11 December 2025 to the store. It is now 5 January and they are ignoring my emails and requests for a refund despite an early email saying they will refund returned items. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER, REFUND OR REPLY TO YOUR MESSAGES. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, USE A TRUSTED RETAILER AND NOT THIS CHEAP IMITATION STORE.

They took a order from me for 170 dollars, sent me some bogus message claiming fraud and cancelled it with plenty of proof I sent them right away , then had the nerve to claim I asked them to cancel it , I better have my money in my legit account in 5 days or im bringing them to court for fraud

I ordered a Seattle mariners but got a Chicago cubs. I’m not upset but sheesh would’ve been delightful to know it was being substituted before it’s delivery.

Excelente atención al cliente y calidad de los productos

Bought a hat from sports world and have worn it all the time even after a year it still looks brand new 100% would buy more hats

This store is an excellent place to shop for authentic new era hats and shopping here is 100% secure. All of my hats have arrived in well-packaged boxes and the hats themselves are excellent.

They went above and beyond! I ordered a hat that was no longer in stock. They called me to inform me and sent pictures of other hats that i might of been interested in. I appreciated the extra effort! I was refunded my money with ZERO issues! I highly recommend them! We will shop with them again in thr future!

All products have so good quality 10/10 recommend buying from them!

Always have great hats in stock, always some amazing sale, quick shipping, sportsworld is my #1 go to when I need something super fire

Terrible business! I found them through a google search while I was looking for a Mitchell & Ness Jersey. In Google Shopping they're running an ad that shows the jersey with an active discount code called "Cyber-Sale". I clicked the add and tried to buy two jerseys ($600). The code wouldn't work. I called and asked for help and the person I spoke to was a total creep. Basically said the code was off and didn't care they were still running the campaign. The funniest part is they're paying google daily to run the campaign! I'll happily take my business elsewhere!

5-stars! Ordered a Sprayground bag and received it quickly, despite living in Jamaica. Courier services added some time, but it was worth it. Authentic product, seamless experience. My friend also ordered a bag, and his came pretty quickly (quicker than mine, lol)
Ordered on the 28th of September and it reached the warehouse of the courier warehouse by October 1st!!😱

You guys a wide selection of hats. From colors to teams the whole 9. I already bought 5 and looking to buy more

The hats have a fire selection I would recommend shopping from there 🔥🔥🔥

Great selection and great customer service! 10/10! Will be ordering from them again!!
