I ordered and jersey and hat! When i received the items, they looked nothing like what I had ordered. I contacted them and they said their merchandise was of high quality, however, the size tag was crooked, the designs were not clear or legible and unable to provide a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered three pair of shorts, 4x size. They came and I can’t even get them past my hips. Contacted them and they made me take pics of my waist and leg length to mid thigh. They came back saying that the shorts were the right size. They then offered to replace only one pair in a 5x. They NEVER DID!!! The shorts I received are cheap quality. I’m out over $100.00 BUYER BEWARE!!!

Shipping took to long and the car seat material is cheap but they are cute!

If I could rate a 0 I would! False advertising! Says the shirt is cotton, NOT! It’s polyester!!
DONT BUY FROM THEM!
When I messaged them about the shirt wash polyester instead of cotton, I got a refund of $6.55!

Never received order. No help from customer service.

I ordered two pair of shorts on two separate orders only received one pair from the first order just wondering what’s up?

I think they might be a drop shipping company so exchanges/returns are impossible. I would not recommend shopping from this website.

It took too long for my merchandise to come, and when I receive my merchandise, it was not what our order I’ll order a cowboy jersey and they sent me a golf shirt with cowboy logo on it, and with his name on the sleeve which I order a cowboy jersey with his name engraved on the sleeve I was very Happy I was very very unhappy. I kept getting emails after I reached out to see what was taking my order so long to come, I should not had to wait that long they kept saying it was on the way and then I was told that my order could not be found doing tracking very unhappy. I would never use this website again.

I have tried to order a personalized clock twice and have used known good credit card but it won't take it so I attempted to use my debit card with the same result. Very frustrating.

I ordered rings for an anniversary gift,the inscription on the inside of the ring is so small you can't even read it, after messaging and complaining I was told I could not return them,very disappointed in the quality of the product and terrible customer service communication. Would not recommend this company to anyone

I’ve only received one pair of shorts out of three ordered. They are WAY too small. Can’t get them up past my hips. Asked for a refund but no answer or contact from them yet!?! Do not buy from this company!!!

Sportswearmerch did an excellent job of everything,I am really impressed by their selection and the way they do business,big fan.

I would give this 5 stars but the shipping took FOREVER. This should be a disclaimer on the site because I bought it expecting a week maybe 2 turn around.
However the quality of the shoe is awesome and I love the design!
