Organised credit towards a different holiday after covid

Craig found us just the tickets we wanted for the Australian Open in Melbourne, and accommodation on Southbank so that we could walk to the tennis centre each day, as we requested.
Awesome experience, thoughtful service.

My experience at the aus open was exceptional. Suite was amazing, seat and comfort was amazing. Food and drink options and service was amazing.

Awesome experience overall couldnt be happier and our 4wd couldn’t fit in the carpark as of clearance so they rearranged us to valet parking for the weekend, will deffinently use again

Great way to see the tennis, in comfortable padded seats and the convenience of cafes and toilets within the enclosure, avoiding large crowds and queues.

A fantastic person in Andrew Belli help sort our previously postponed Sportnet package due to covid limitations.
It was rescheduled easily & transferrd to Aussie Open Tennis , planned perfectly with all we asked for with handy & very nice accomodation & great seats at game. Would highly recommend to use this company.

The awesome ticket and event was overshadowed by the poor accommodation which had used and stained towels in the room, a door needing repairs and a check in system that did not work until I called the accommodation. Who were upset that I hadn't checked in yet, when I had not received anything from them.

We attended the AO and had a great day. The hostess looking after the area was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble to make our day enjoyable.

Whilst the ticket to the event was solid, the UFC package experience were found to be lacking. There were delays in sending the tickets out and the function was disappointing. The guest speakers were late, the MC was very poor and there were far too many people there. I would likely book separately in the future myself. The overall value for myself does not feel worth it at all.

After getting Sportsnet holidays to organise our wonderful Melbourne Cup package in 2022 we decided to go with them again in 2023 for the Malaysian MotoGP this time. Ian rang me about the presale which was great and we got in nice and early and he helped us with our booking which made it really easy so we could leave the rest up to them. Highly recommend Sportsnet holidays any time for a great sporting package deal on some of the bigger events around the world!
