Second purchase
I have an inexpensive brother embroidery machine. This Crieghton logo stitched out great! I had previously bought an Iowa State logo from another company, and it was just okay. So, a bought an ISU logo from here to replace that one and Sports Logos worked so much better!

Pictured logo was not what I received
The logo that was pictured was not the file I received after purchasing. The file I got was very distorted and was obviously just a quick image trace in Illustrator without any sort of touching up. Massive disappointment.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review; as we discussed via email - you were sent the wrong version of the file due to a technical error.
I have since fixed the error, and at the same time I sent you the correct version of the file which is a perfect vector, and not auto-traced.
Since you then told me that you'd rather just take a refund as the second version wasn't of use to you; I processed your refund within 5 minutes.
I appreciate that you were disappointed with your experience with us and apologize for it, but I find you leaving a one-star review leaving major parts of your actual experience out in poor taste.
Regardless, I will take your feedback into consideration and work to better the quality of my work.

Great stitchout
Please note that due to time zone differences, the design is not emailed to you until about 12 - 24 hrs later.
I was pleased with the stitching of my design. Very professional. I used 2 pieces of midweight tearaway stabilizer.

Fantastic Sewing Machine Embroidery
My purchase of a machine embroidery for an Australian NRL Team logo was great. Fast service and the stitch-out was superb in every detail. A follow up email to check that I was happy was also encouraging. I highly recommend this site.

Can even use the logo
Can even use the logo - the hawk wasn’t even embroidered so the color of the shirt would be the color of the hawk - didn’t make sense. Took a day to get the logo - isn’t instant download.

Purchased the Brockville Braves logo…
Updated review: The seller resent files that I was able to use quickly which is awesome! However I am giving 3 stars for the files as every layer had to be corrected in order for me to be able to use it with my Cricut. What could have been 5-6 layers and easy to use is actually probably 13+ and the design would have to be pieced together.
