The actual service itself was quick and easy to use. just disappointed with the after service. I have asked for help interpreting my results and have been told countless time that you'd get back to me with. nearly two weeks later and I'm still waiting. if I didn't have a bad experience with customer service I would of left 5 stars because your product/service is really good. just disappointed with your lack of commitment to helping your customers. especially as a business where your main selling point is to help people with their health.

Used this service a couple of times now, and they’ve always done exactly what they’ve said! I’ve received my results perfectly. One of my tubes clotted before the lab received it one time, but forth edge sent another free of charge and the second attempt was successful! Some of the bad reviews here are all human error, always check your emails because forth do a great at keeping in contact and they always respond to my emails very quickly.
I have always worked with my hands, and always manage to harvest the blood easily. And the guy who complained about blood on his steering wheel….use the plaster provided 🤦‍♂️

I took the test on Thursday morning, this time without any drama and I posted the sample off at 9am into a priority post box. I then speedily received my very detailed results on Tuesday in the very user friendly app.

I wasn't familiar with taking the test at home and collecting my sample. The instructions and video were clear, but it was not easy for me. I'm not sure that results were provided in 2 working days, rather in 3 days in my case (even if 1-2 days of different doesn't really make any difference to me).
Because I wasn't good enough at collecting the sample, one marker failed - but they refunded me for this missing result.
I definitely will buy again the test, customer care was responsive and helpful, and hopefully, next time, I will do a better job.

Decided to order a sports test from forth edge after using Forth for a normal health check and I am very pleased with the process and how fast I received my results!

Website states results will be received within 48 hours but it’s been over a week since I got the text that the lab had received my results and I’m still waiting on them. No response from the support team when emailed.

Very very slow service. From the day of purchase/ordering, the turn around time was 9 days (7 working days), including multiple times chasing the support team for my results. Biomarkers are good, granted, in depth and very specific, however use your own judgement on your results and seek professional medical assistance if in doubt, and not the virtual in-app doctors review.
Instructions differ upon arrival to what your perceived initial thoughts are, as you told to take bloods on a certain day, however when buying you're under the impression you can take them immediately and get relatively immediate results, so you may be waiting a while.
So, yes a good indication, just not the best service considering how much you pay for the test. I will be going elsewhere next time unfortunately.

Great service. I had no trouble performing the test as some others have said and it wasn't a lot of blood. Results were received within a few days, will be using them again for sure.

First time I have used them result came through to me quick good description of what all the test where for. Will use them again.
