said they can find my transactions i gave them again and again bet id etc, they said nothing matches,

My husband worked for hills for years and he siad he has never know a company as bad as sportingbet,
dreadfull company ,,, i would write to the gambling commission but like my husband siad their hands are tied and they are scared of the industry big boys,

Sportingbet verstößt gegen deutsche Regulierungen und ignoriert berechtigte Kundenanfragen. Mein Einzahlungslimit war auf 150 € gesetzt, doch ich konnte 1.000 € einzahlen – ein klarer Verstoß gegen den Glücksspielstaatsvertrag. Die GGL hat bestätigt, dass Sportingbet nicht ordnungsgemäß an LUGAS angeschlossen war und dies erst nachträglich korrigiert wurde.

Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme gibt es keine Antwort, keine Erstattung, nur Schweigen. Andere Anbieter wie AdmiralBet haben in diesem Fall bedingungslos erstattet. Sportingbet hingegen scheint Probleme einfach auszusitzen. Vorsicht, hier ist euer Spielerschutz nichts wert!

Das Casino reagiert auf gar nichts! Weder im Chat wo immer suggeriert wir helfen ihnen leiten Anliegen weiter! Auf E-Mails wird nie geantwortet. Selten ein so nutzlosen Support gesehen. Casino aber Mal sowas von nicht zu empfehlen. Support oder Kundenservice ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil eines Unternehmens quasi auch mit das Aushängeschild funktioniert das nicht Finger Weg. Geht heutzutage überhaupt nicht. Empfehle Mitarbeiter Schulung von A-Z Umgang mit Kunden. Bearbeitung von Anfragen etc. Macht ein Bogen um das Casino. Gibt viel bessere wie Interwetten wo Auszahlungen zackig sind. Verifizierung innerhalb von wenigen Stunden erledigt ist. Wirklich grausam wie ein Casino wie sportingbet überhaupt nur ansatzweise eine Lizenz erhält

Wenn man die Wette mit dem Bonus gewinnt, wird man sofort limitiert auf 1€ pro Wette, sodass es sogut wie unmöglich ist wird, die Bonusbedingungen zu erfüllen und somit auch nicht auszahlen kann.

Beschwerden an die für die Lizenz zuständigen Stellen werden noch gemacht.
Hab zwar eigentlich keine Zeit für sowas.
Aber sowas fuchst mich.
Das nimmt den ganzen Spaß und wirft ein schlechtes Bild auf die ganze Branche.
