I placed an order expecting regular updates and a reasonable delivery timeframe, but the experience turned into a major disappointment. After payment was processed, communication became nearly impossible. My emails went unanswered, and I never received clear shipping information or tracking details. Weeks passed without any meaningful update on my order status.

What frustrated me most was the lack of transparency. If there are delays, customers deserve honest communication instead of being left guessing. I eventually lost confidence that my order would arrive at all. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and will not be purchasing from them again.

This is a scam shop that does not deliver items.
They don’t provide tracking with a courier and continue to answer emails, lying outright about your order.
Would not recommend.

My interactions with SSociety were great initially (throughout 2020 basically), including some good email interactions with Tracy, unfortunately my most recent order wasn't sent and haven't heard back from several mails I've sent to them (support and info@ addresses). Last year I took the time to write a favourable review, but unfortunately my most recent transaction has resulted in this one star. It seems as though they're going through some extremely challenging times, or more likely are just out of business. Do not order from Spore Society.

Placed an order 1 week ago ...
Email confirmation states no order number.
No follow up or shipping info given.
No follow up to inquiry email sent yesterday.
Poor communication ... about to cancel order with credit card company.

They just take the money and don't send anything

Will not be ordering from them again and would highly recommend you look somewhere else if you are considering spore society. 4.5 months ago they left a portion of my order out. I have contact them multiple times and received a response a couple times, assurimg me that the remaining part of my order would be filled. Never happened. My last request for getting the money for the unfilled part of the order returned to me have been completely ignored. Stay away from this shady business.

Spore Society must be a scam. I ordered in July 2021 and still haven't received my order 4 months later. I received one response with the seller lying about a computer problem. Seller has not responded to any subsequent inquiries. Please save yourself time an money and don't purchase from them. Also please warn others. thanks!

I have waited patiently for the opportunity to pay for my order and as yet I have not received an invoice or link that enables me to do so. What’s the holdup?

Ordered twice and it took about 2 weeks for both orders to arrive but they were great quality. My third order was placed on september 1st and is still on hold. They accepted my money but wont respond to emails.. never again will i order from this company. Looking for a new, RELIABLE source for my products.

Order placed on August 9. As of September 10, no package has arrived and no response when I emailed the company for follow-up. Money gone.

Very easy to order, however It’s been over 10 business days and still havent received my order.

I repeat spore society is a scam!!!!! they take your money via e-transfer and ghost you and don't reply to your emails after you've made a purchase. One person did reply but they replied back with a lie. They told me my item had been already shipped but its been 3 weeks and I've tried reaching out again only to be left out in the cold. Overall, do not waste your money on buying something you will never receive.

I haven't received anything from Spore Society although the money has been taken out of my account. All I received was this survey :-(

Still haven't received my order #4923 and I was told I'd have it by Aug 19th for my big reunion with friends across the country after covid. No shipping info, just these these emails asking about my experience, It sucked! Place is a huge scam.

I never received my order. I never even got a tracking number, for $20 shipping you think you would.

Now they won’t even reply to my emails.

I’m out $150 and never got my order.
Would not recommend.
