I waited for 2 months to have my order

But at the end I’m happy to have that I’m living in France, it’s a new brand who needs more staff for a better customer service

Good quality product

Order placed well over a week ago I got a confirmation email but have had no update on dispatched or delivery. Sent a email 4 days ago and no response. Not happy atal update never got a response and send 3 more emails in obviously not getting my order nor a reply

I made my order on sixth March. It's now the fifteenth March, no order. No updates. Nine days and nothing. Far too long , and no updates. Still not received my order. Won't order ever again,from Splashy.

Items never came. Emailed twice no reply.

I ordered a bunch of clothes from splashy came up to nearly 70 quid, it's been over two weeks now, I have contacted the company several times asking where my packages are and none of the emails or any form of communication I could find, was not answered. I have read that delivery from splashy should only take around 3-4 working days, but still... no sign!

After making an order, the only updated I have received was my order confirmation. Over a week later still no updates whatsoever. Tried to contact the company couple of times no answer as of yet. Don’t think I’ll be making orders in the future, there’s much better companies out tnere. Being a “small business” is certainly no excuse.

Took over a month to receive

I still haven’t received my order I sent couple emails nobody replayed and I am not satisfied with customer service!
No order no money is very bad

I ordered on the 11th of February and my order has not come iv sent so many emails asking where my order is and everyone just blanks me honestly this is shocking and a waste of my money , I didn't want to leave a bad review and was waiting to see if someone was going to contact me but no nothing

These tops are worth no more then £3, they’re thin, see through material, customer service don’t get back to you, I specifically ordered some tops for my birthday, I gave it 4 days in advance and would’ve chose next day deliver but it didn’t give me the option to do so, I emailed them 4 times asking when it was going to be shipped and didn’t get a reply until the week later. There Instagram is FULL of comments saying they’ve gone bust, it’s a scam site etc etc, they came a week after my birthday and I have absoloutly no use for them. Will NEVER order from here again.

What went wrong? Everything!

DO NOT ORDER from splashy! I placed my order, money took straight away. No emails, no order on route, NOTHING!

I’ve emailed, NOTHING. I’ve called, number isn’t is service! NOTHING.
Absolute SCAM DO NOT waste your money or time with them!
