First and foremost: This is an unsolicited review of this casino. I’m so absolutely blown away by their Customer Support that I had to immediately get on TrustPilot to leave a review.

I won some money from the welcome offer immediately after signing up, not a whole lot just $450. Since I know I’m the type that will dump all of it back in quite quickly (as I did with the over $1000 I won from a couple other casinos in the two days before that) I decided to be smart and just cash out. Being a new account, I knew that it would take a couple of days at least, so that part was no surprise. I waited until the day after the three day approval process and then contacted Support. The bot told me to enter my email address before it could connect me to a human, but before I can finish, typing it in an actual person was already replying to my inquiry. I explained the situation in two sentences, and the agent asked me to hold on just a moment. Roughly 2 minutes later, I got a notification that I had received the full amount from the casino into my Skrill account. My redemption was approved and had already been funded to my account before the Customer Service Agent was even able to get back on the chat to let me know that it had been approved and they were sending it!!
I’ve never seen such an efficient customer support from any company. Amazon has always ranked at the top of my list, and they aren’t anywhere near that fast. I’m thoroughly impressed and will continue playing at this casino. They just made my top three!

So if anyone out there has a redemption that is taking longer than expected, don’t hesitate to contact Support. They are on it!

Also worth noting: I’ve had to contact Support several times becauseI wasn’t getting my verification email for some reason, and later I needed to submit extra documentation for proof of address. Every time I’ve talked to them they have resolved the issue, just as quickly as the story above they’ve always been super friendly and extremely helpful. There are a lot of companies out there that could take some notes from Splash Coins Casino.

Useless customer service. Redeemed on March 10th, 2026, to my Skrill account, just got it today. (April 16th, 2026.) Mind you, it was only for $101.76. There are no excuses for that, and I don’t want to hear from the company either, or hear useless apologies in response to my review; they don’t help anyone. They’re just save-face responses, not genuine care. Pure laziness, glitchy website, support staff is as useless as talking to a rock. Why would anybody want to spend money here versus anywhere else is beyond me.

I chose to use Skrill to cash out my redemption on the 13th as I was told it was instant but I still after 3 days the 16th haven't received my redemption and I went through a month long verification process already as it (probably my fault why) but I really would love to see my redemption do I can keep spending and winning once I know it's legit. Fingers ❌ wish me luck!

I was finally able to get my account kyc verified, took a little back and forth but when I submitted the documents that were acceptable they were approved that day. Their support states that 3 to 5 business days is the allotted time for redemptions to be processed, that said,I requested a redemption on 4/9 as of toda 4/14, I still haven't heard back for approval of the request, so Im hoping approval is granted soon , and they can begin the transfer to my bank following approval.

My redemption has been pending for several weeks, and customer service has not helped me at all. I have used the chat function multiple times, only to be told they will notify the finance team. Chat agents are rude and dismissive and refuse to give a timeline. No one ever reaches back out. I emailed support, and I have received no response. Very disappointed.

Once again I find myself waiting an excessive amount of time for a simple 200 dollar redemption. It's been a week this time. Before it was 11 days. I want to give this place chance because I think the winning is fair. Unfortunately they can't seem to fix their redemption delays. If they can't fix this then I'm done and I won't recommend this place to anyone

The games are awesome. I'll adjust my ratings accordingly when I get redemption. It's been 24hrs and nothing yet except for pending. Hope to get it soon tho. Ask for redemption on Mar 24. Given the 1-3 day wait. It's been 5 working days and all I'm getting are excuses about "verification" delays. Asked to talk to the finance department. Told can't do that. Asked what exact steps are needed to finish the process. No answer.

They have a good selection of games but I was told I was going to receive my redemption 1-3 business days. It’s been MORE than 1-3 business days and I was told it’s still under review? For a Skrill redemption? How much review they will do. This completely change my view on this platform. Very unethical. I hope I receive my redemption today. Quick redemption in under 24hr to Skrill. Had issues with verification that sat there for months but was fixed upon speaking to customer service. Good experience.

Game choice and website functionality is good. Have played on a number of social casino sites and have never run into issues redeeming by bank or skrill. However, consistently run into error, chat help responded first day and said would forward to technical team but no response yet. When actually winning a prize but face challenges to redeem hard to create repeat customers.
