The customer service is by far ranked one of the worst as it's already bad there's no option to even communicate with someone with your issues from site at least put a message option to make it at least look as if someone will get back concerning the issues! My redemption confirmation email stating my redemption was completed and should be in account asap was sent out 4 days ago and haven't seen nothing as I've already redeemed before with Spinszy taking notes of the time that confirmation email was sent and when it showed in my account and it was 30 minutes after that email was received on my end,this redemption here hasn't been seen nor have I received a response to my issue only a reply to my email saying we received your message and will be in touch soon rather than addressing the issue then! Site needs to really stop and reevaluate the picture as 90%of the other sites have if not live service a message option to start a ticket

The slots seem fairly loose which is a good thing. They did pay me when I won and have great promotions. However, verification and redemption times are the slowest I have experienced. I will play here again. Expect a week or more wait on your first redemption.

Verification problems. I’ve used my Apple Pay for purchases. Everything else verified but can’t seem to get ahold of customer service. It’s been 7 days and I can’t seem to get verified using Apple Pay. They send the same bot response about taking a picture of the front and the back of a card. But it’s a virtual card. They keep rejecting even after sending a bank statement that clearly shows I’ve only made 3 purchases off there site using Apple Pay. So I’m assuming I won’t be getting my winnings because no one is helping or responding to my email.

When an internal error occurs, it is standard practice for a company to offer appropriate accommodations — whether that means correcting the issue promptly, adjusting timelines, or providing a fair remedy that acknowledges the inconvenience caused. In this case, that has not yet happened.

I am hopeful that Spinszy will take this matter seriously and provide a resolution that reflects professionalism, transparency, and respect for its customers. Until then, my experience remains far below the standard advertised.
