We understand how important it is to be able to withdraw smoothly. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer card transfers to NatWest/ROB customers due to policies made by those two banks. Please reach out to our support team who is always happy to assist you get your money withdrawn.

Awful customer service, they just want your money. The nonchalant reply to the bonus dead spinning suggests it’s expected and tough. No interest in giving any more bonus funds as recompense . You’ve got your dead spins spun, you can’t win on them anyway is their attitude!
Avoid like the plague.
