Ive been. Customer since 1996. Straight to vip with my large deposits, always had the same vip contact the whole time, advised him on several occasions over the years of m disabilties - autism, physical disabilities and severe allergies. I log everything all game plys bets placed returns etc numbers facinate me ive went on for years about the low low rtps and always had the same response - its random .... i was an emerald level vip player i was told several times i am rewarded for my losses. I had always been kept to 25% cashback bonus and if i lost more than 3k net losses in a month an extra 10% back in vouchers of my choosing. This had always been the case. The chat of the last few months from the vip manager was mainly me moaning about epic low rtps and my epic losses, in less than 5 months ive lost just over 44k to the site and no game has paid out above a 90x line bet win ... unless i was on bonus money - then i had 500x and 448x wins .... that i couldnt keep. This made me a little miffed and i questioned it several times. I was told id get my usual xmas hamper as a reward, i reminded him of my allergies specifically saying mind no chocs or wine only to receive a choc and wine “summer hamper” 6 days later. He offerd no apology or alternative and said i could return it to them if i wasnt happy and they would reimburse my postage! Which was truly beyond cheeky. His mood swings on chat were like a pendulum one day it was giggles and best friends and chat of a sexulalised content the next it was distant and cold and a complete contradiction to info previously given to me. I decided to contact another member of the vip for the month of december and january, all bonus and vouchers paid fine in december then 31st january i contact him to say im only at 20% bonus - the 5 % equated to £360 to me, and as usual i would tell them what vouchers i would like my net losses in - £8,560 net losss for janauary so due £856 in vouchers - i got a curt reply saying the vouchers would be processes next week and if i had a query on the bonus to contact the manager direct as he didnt know my “personal arrangements” with him. This was nuts as thisguy paid it out the previous month, i said i wasnt happy that it should all be logged and they work for the same dept etc, i asked for the complaints procedure as by this point ive had enough of the unprofessionalism, the yo yo attitudes, the indifirrence, the glitching that is never fixed and the innacurate figures i was constantly given. I then get a message from the vip manager himself to say they keep all players at 22% and this isnt a guarantee either! Imagine my shock to that as only less than 3 months ago he sent a message saying all players are kept at 25% and bearing in mind ive been with them four years at this point .... so i tell him hes leading customers into a false sense of security luring them into depositing safe in the knowledge they will get back a certain percentage of losses and bonuses and depending on his mood that day/month the percentage changes and vouchers are delayed etc. I then sent him a screenshot of him saying it was 25% and he then told me he was closing my account with immediate effect and would not be sending me the £856 in vouchers as i had earned them on false pretences!! Then he said i was a problem gambler based on his opinion and not fact because i moaned about the low rtps! I said what he was doing was surely illegal i contacted the gaming comm for advise while arguing on chat with him and they asked the quesions had i been checked and verified for affordability - i actually failed that check with them and my deposit limit was set at 2.5k a day - 70k a month, id previously said that was ridiculous as their excuse was responsible lending ... i asked how it was responsible to allow 70k deposits a month on someone who failed the afforsability check! I honestly cannot believe how badly i have been treated and discriminated against because of my autism!

As with any gambling site, you risk losing your money so I'm not reviewing the site based on how much I've won (read up on RTP/house edge/slot variance for better advice on that).

I have had reason to contact S&W customer service on occasion, either because I wasn't clear on promotion details, or perhaps my free spins hadn't been credited (these things happen, it's technology ...). I've connected to a live chat operative very quickly, and have always had the problem solved with courtesy and speed.

Yeah, just appauling to be honest. I got an email for a 200% match bonus on the next deposit. The code didn't work in the cashier and took forever back and forth for them to say they'll add it manually. Once added manually, im then told the max cashout is less than that from the original bonus email (Initially 300 pounds max cashout, now 200 as it was added manually), this should have been stated before I deposited.

Getting onto the games, the gameplay was utterly awful. 20p spins with £60 on rise of merlin, didn't get a single bonus. With small wins as my balance was getting depleted, I did a little under 500 spins. I've never played Rise of Merlin and had to wait that long, but i'm sure they'll reply that it's all 'RNG', which we all know is a load of bs. It's all algorithms behind closed doors with this one.
