Spin Casino – Withholding funds since January (unresolved)
I am sharing my experience as a warning.
I requested two withdrawals on January 10:
- $900 (marked as “processed” by Spin Casino)
- $1000 (still pending via Interac)
For the $900 withdrawal, Spin Casino claims the payment was sent and provided a transaction number. However, my bank (CIBC) has confirmed multiple times, both in person and over the phone, that no funds were ever received.
A transaction number without traceable proof is not valid evidence of payment.
For over two months, I have been going back and forth with their support team. They continue to request unreasonable and sometimes impossible documentation (including sensitive financial details that should never be shared), instead of resolving the issue.
As of today:
- I have not received the $900
- The $1000 withdrawal is still pending
- No valid proof of payment has been provided
This situation is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about their withdrawal practices.
I strongly advise caution when playing on this platform.
All communications and proof are documented.
