Avoid at all costs, waste of money and appalling customer care
Bought the tool off the back of some glowing recommendations. Unfortunately since we signed, our experience has been my some margin the worst onboarding experience I've had with a software vendor (and I've bought a lot of software). We persistently cannot get hold of our account team or anyone involved in the sale, it took 2 months to find an onboarding call that we could join (kept getting told to join live webinars which were held infrequently, and at difficult times to join from the UK, then when we finally found one we could join live, it didn't start? Asked repeatedly for a recording instead, no joy). Now 4 months in and we still have made zero progress, and are still chasing weekly for any kind of support.
Have flagged this several times to our senior contacts at Spiff / Salesforce account manager but have seen no improvement as a result.
Avoid at all costs, I have heard from others having similar recent experiences, perhaps it's a result of now being part of the Salesforce family? (Of which we are also a customer).
We're now at the point where we're considering early termination and finding a different vendor.
