After leaving my review, I was asked to contact customer support again.
I did so, and customer support responded immediately. We discussed my case and assured me that the funds would be withdrawn.
And so it happened:
starting on January 27th, I received the full amount in four payments (approximately one payment per week of $1,000).
I'm grateful that my case was reviewed and the withdrawal was processed.
A small clarification: I'm giving it four stars (removing one star) because the withdrawal process (maybe just in my case) is processed in small instalments and because of this, it takes a long time (in my case, it took one month, not counting the waiting time beforehand).

I made a profit of about +9.7% (~$9,700). I'll point out right away that I don't recommend repeating such a return, as the risk was high.
Some time later, I received an email stating that one of my trades was open for only two minutes and was classified as scalping, which is considered a violation of the rules. Therefore, I was offered a payout of only 50% of the amount.
It's important to clarify that this trade was not opened with the intention of making money, but solely because of their mandatory activity rule: if there are no trades for 14 days, the account can be closed.
The lot size was minimal—0.01—and the position closed at -$1.
We discussed this issue for about two weeks. Essentially, the trade was unprofitable; the volume was minimal, and there was no real scalping.
In the end, to save time and stress, I agreed to a 50% payout and closed the case.
The funds arrived today.
Of course, I would have liked more understanding from the company, considering it was a single position, and I explained in detail why it was open for such a short period. But what is, is.

Regarding the trade that led to our discussion, we would like to clarify why certain rules, such as those regarding scalping and activity, are in place. While we understand that the 0.01 lot position was intended to meet the 14-day activity requirement, using "passive trading" to bridge the gap to a withdrawal date presents several challenges for a professional prop firm.
Our business model relies on analyzing consistent trading strategies to manage and hedge risk effectively in real market conditions. When trades are opened solely to "freeze" an account or satisfy an activity rule without reflecting the trader's actual strategy, it creates "fuzzy" data. This makes it difficult for our algorithms to interpret the performance accurately, ultimately making it harder for us to hedge the risk. It essentially disrupts the balance of risk between the trader and the platform.
We strive to maintain a fair environment where the data we gather from our traders is reliable and actionable. We appreciate your cooperation in reaching a resolution through the 50% payout, and we are glad to hear the funds have arrived. SCAM! NO RETIROS
SCAM!, No pierdan el tiempo con esta empresa,
estuve 3 meses en operativa con ellos en una cuenta real (mi cuenta es 88132), solicite un primer retiro en diciembre del 2025, cumpli con el C Score daily que aparce en el dashboard de la plataforma (30%), y me sacaron una regla escondida, del C-Score Exposure (esto solo aparece cuando se solicita el retiro) que tambien tiene que ser menos del 30%.
Por eso continue haciendo trading, ahora que cumpli con los parametros establecidos, el C-Score daily y C-Score Exposure en menos de 30%, solicite mi retiro.
Me doy hoy con la sopresa de que me vuelven a rechazar el retiro, y ahora alegan que los trades que hice y se me fueron a Stop en menos de 3 minutos estan prohibidos en su empresa, indicando que no podran copiar mis entradas por la latencia y el deslizamiento de precio.
Yo recuerdo no haber visto esa regla cuando compre mi cuenta.
Al parecer cada vez que uno hace un retiro, se inventan reglas para no pagar, porque si se dan cuenta la latencia y el deslizamiento para que realmente sea un problema deben ser operaciones de menos de 10 segundos, y las mias fueron de 1 minuto.
Por favor a los nuevos, no compren aquí, el esfuerzo que le ponen para pasar la prueba es en vano.
He perdido 3 meses en los cuales pude haber pasado cuentas en una empresa seria, ahora sé porque tienen tantos descuentos, porque luego te crean reglas para no pagar los retiros.
