Withdrawal decline
I requested a withdrawal (ID: 21590257), but it was rejected without any clear explanation.
I contacted support and checked my account, yet no detailed reason was provided regarding what rule was supposedly violated. This lack of transparency is very concerning.
As someone who has an audience abount 50k (YouTube and Telegram), I take trust seriously. Experiences like this make it difficult to recommend this prop firm to others. At this point, I strongly question the legitimacy of this company. .
I would advise others to be very cautious before purchasing a challenge here. They are scammers

here's why:
I am a trader from Vietnam. I have an MT5 ID: 56784, Gmail: thanhvinhdothi90@gmailcom
The fund has announced that it is no longer operating in Vietnam and stated that it will refund the trial fee no later than November 30, 2025. The fund required me to sign an NDA and record a video holding my passport for verification. They also required me to request support via Telegram and Gmail, but received no response. To this day, I have not received a refund for the trial fee. I am writing this based on the absolute truth.
Many traders from Vietnam have not received payment for profits in round 3. In my case, it's been 4 months since I purchased the trial fee, and they still haven't refunded me. I urge you not to buy from this fund and to stay away from them. Even though they offer many incentives, it's just a trap; you will lose your money.

They don't care about their clients
My problem is they don’t send an email (reminder) few days before closing the account. As I have many accounts, all other firms are sending emails 3-4 days before closing it !
They only think about how to take money, and they don't care about their clients and that’s why I’d never ever recommend this firm !

Încălcare T&C: Peste 7 zile fără plată și zero comunicare
Experiență foarte proastă cu primul payout. Deși în Termenii și Condițiile lor scrie clar că procesul de revizuire manuală durează maximum 7 zile și că vei fi notificat oficial despre statusul cererii, SpiceProp ignoră complet aceste reguli.
Au trecut cele 7 zile și nu am primit niciun e-mail, nicio notificare. Dacă nu aș fi insistat eu la suport, nu aș fi primit niciun semn. Iar când în sfârșit răspund, se spală pe mâini spunând că „altă echipă se ocupă”, fără să ofere un termen nou. Este o lipsă totală de respect față de timpul și munca unui trader.
Dacă nu își respectă propriul regulament de funcționare, cum pot avea încredere să mai tranzacționez aici? Evitați până nu vedeți dovezi clare că plătesc la timp!
