S.P Green & Co Anmeldelser

Visited S. P. Green & Co on Saturday with my partner to choose and purchase an engagement ring. Charlie was first rate; his knowledge, attentiveness and honesty was evident throughout the process, we definitely felt in safe hands. The quality and design of the rings speak for themselves, so much so, that Charlie encouraged us to have a look at rings on the High Street jewellers for comparison before committing to the purchase (he must of known we would be back). Purchasing the ring together with Charlie was in many ways the highlight of our engagement day... Cant wait to visit again in order to discuss the wedding ring. Thank you so much for the memory. Mike and Ana.

Just brilliant. I visited probably over 15 different jewellery shops and none of came even close to S.P. Green (Bath) in expertise, range, and making me feel like a valued customer.
Many shops either knew very little or pushed too hard for a decision, but the folks at S.P. Green were just right. They made me feel right at home, certainly not an inconvenience (even when I took FOREVER!). Charlie was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, willing to accommodate for all sorts of indecision and looking at numerous styles of engagement ring.
A great thing about S.P. Green is they make the rings directly with no middle-man. This means that they can really easily adjust to any specific tastes or preferences and it also means you get something absolutely stunning for a better price than you'll see anywhere else.

The end result of my searching was an exquisitely high-quality ring that my fiancee can't stop looking at (and nor can I).

All in all, this is the only jewellery dealer that I would recommend. They're brilliant :)
Very, very happy customer.

I would like to express my thanks to Charlie who helped me with purchasing an engagement ring for my partner.

Having never purchase jewellery before I was a complete novice until Charlie talked me through the options and educated me about the diamonds available. It was reassuring to see his passion and enthusiasm for jewellery and the quality of the product.

I was totally overwhelmed by the amount of Jewellers in the Quarter however Charlotte was so friendly and listened to what I wanted. Within moments she produced exactly what I wanted and alterations were made at no extra cost.
She made my special day extra special! I absolutely love my ring and if I ever need jewellery again, I will know exactly where to go.
Thank you!

We don't usually leave reviews, except in exceptional circumstances.
Jake and Charlie in the Bath store have been most helpful, helping us to choose the perfect engagement ring and also our wedding bands.

Engagement ring was bespoke and at a very competitive price compared to other "high street stores".

Nothing is too much trouble, very professional, not pushy, a pleasure to deal with.

Thank you Jake & Charlie.

From start to finish the quality of service and attentiveness, to my bespoke ring design, was flawless. Jake is very personable and an asset to the business; all communication was first rate and couldn't do more to allay any design concerns I had through the process. The finished ring was exactly what I had described and demonstrated the craftsmanship and finesse of a high quality jewellers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend S.P Green & Co. in Bath to anyone.

Great customer service and honest communication. There are 3 stores in Jewellery Quarter - so this review is reflective of one of the stores. We visited a few months ago after visiting just one other store. We decided not to visit too many shops and the strategy worked. Jacqui served us who was friendly, patient and gave us some great advice. We really appreciated the customer service, speed of having the rings re-sized and also polished. I have experience of jewellery shopping from when I bought the engagement ring (A different non SP Green store) and I couldn't give that 5 stars. But with SP Green, we can definitely give top marks. We'll definitely recommend them to our friends, family and work colleagues.

excellent personal service, very knowledgable and helpful, I'd definitely recommend.

Amazing service, really took time & helping us pick our rings

Very helpful and personal service. Knew what I was looking for and provided the exact ring to our specification. Would highly recommend and Kay was lovely to boot. No hesitation in giving the highest stat rating...let’s hope she says yes now....

Lovely and attentive service by Kay when deciding on my next piece of jewellery.

Great price and the order was dispatched the same day and arrived the next. Excellent service! Thank you. :) (And no, I have absolutely no connection to this shop - I just found them on the internet and thought I'd give them a go.)
