Have been through the nightmare of getting up before 6am on a Monday to try to get my son a test only to find myself 14,000+ in the queue. Totally infuriating. Have signed up to 3 different BOT sites to change the test that a driving instructor managed to find us which was 6 months away but after 2 months started getting desperate and then heard about this option. Yes it’s a bit pricey but had our test brought forward by 2 months within a week of signing up and that’s for one of the hardest test sites in the country to get a test (Basingstoke) so we’re delighted. Great communication (at 11pm following notification of a date/time we wanted). All the info you need so very easy to follow through. It’s a no brainer if you don’t want to have to carry on with expensive driving lessons and insuring a car that can’t be driven unless mum or dad is with them. Highly recommended.

10/10 was able to get a test within a week ( even I was definitely annoying the company) however managed in the end would very much recommend

I booked via the £300 express booking. Upon booking it, customer service was on point upon any questions I asked, but once paid, I heard nothing for a month and a bit. I had to chase them up for a few days to then find out a manager had ‘forgotten to add me to the system’ and they were looking, but due to the delay, I ended up asking them to just book a test that was put in their WhatsApp chat, which can be done for much cheaper. They did get this booked quickly after some more chasing, but still is disappointing that I bought the £300 option to have to use the cheaper option just to get one sorted in the end. Test was booked and was done in the end, but is disappointing that a lot of failures led to me having to chase up for the express option

"I am extremely frustrated with this company. "I paid £250 to this company on 26/01/2026 specifically for a practical test booking. It has now been 2 months and they have not booked anything or provided any updates. They are happy to take your money but completely disappear when it comes to delivering the service. Save your money. Every time I call, I get a different excuse, or worse, I’m ignored entirely. It feels like they are just holding onto my money without actually looking for a slot. This has delayed my license by months. I have requested a refund and am still waiting for a response. Highly unprofessional.
