I ordered some Rayban glasses with my prescription. Great experience, great communication . Fast delivery and easy to send off prescription so pleased with my glasses and got them for an amazing price thank you!

Very good service and amazing price

Managed to save £250 on designer frames - they were 100% genuine - my opticians advisor confirmed they were real and was even impressed when i went to get my lenses fitted and asked where i bought them for such a bargain! Great communication via whatsapp with the store as well, and super fast delivery.

Was a little hesitant due to some reviews but my experience was only positive....
Was kept updated through out ending with a royalmail tracking code.
I received brand new Oakley prescriptions glasses and Oakley case, as soon as I put them on I was very happy as had never tried before. Prescription was perfect. I am all ready looking at a second pair and might try out some of the upgraded lenses. UK based company and better prices than the ones offshore that make out they are uk...

I’ve used them twice, great price, communication and service. I had a problem with one frame; it had been discontinued but Specshop sourced a replacement and sorted the problem immediately. Highly recommended!!

I recently left a negative review of this company after using their website and noticing their very poor returns policy.

Immediately the company flagged my review via Trustpilot as "non-genuine". My review was then removed from Trustpilot, even though it was obvious that my review was based on a genuine experience.

Trustpilot's own help page, "When can you write a review?", states that a "genuine experience" can include when "You browsed a website (even if you didn't complete the purchase or it was cancelled)". That is EXACTLY what I did, and yet the retailer and Trustpilot still removed my review because it was apparently "non-genuine".

Absolute NONSENSE.

This is a shockingly dishonest way to handle negative reviews. Both Specshopuk and Trustpilot should be utterly ashamed of themselves.

I will make a point to tell everyone I know of this poor experience.

I contacted Specshop to see if they could fit lenses into my own frames and they were able to do it for me. I’ve had some bad experiences with some High St opticians and paid nearly £500 and still not been happy with my Glasses. I needn’t have worried about Specshop they fitted my lenses into my frame and the quality is exceptional at an amazing price! I must note when glasses were returned my case was broken and I mentioned it on the phone and although it wasn’t their fault a replacement Rayban case was sent out to me straight away! Thank you Specshop, I’ll be using you again very soon!
