Specialist Leak Detection Anmeldelser

Over many years I’ve had plumbers, builders, damp proofers, heating and drain engineers galore to investigate the various areas of damp in my house. All had different remedies…… and none of these worked! I learned about Leak Detectors and booked them in ….. out of desperation really.
Moe arrived - way too young to know what he’s doing, I thought. How wrong can you be!
Moe’s knowledge is vast, and he spent 3 hours using many gizmos to cleverly gain strong evidence. His approach was totally forensic. He painstakingly put the jigsaw puzzle of my damp problems together in such a rigorous way. He listened carefully to my random bits of information, and made sense of not only the damp, but also of other niggling non damp problems I’d been having. At last someone who took a holistic approach.
Moe explains everything so clearly, and with huge patience. He will not rest until he is 100% sure he has the right solution.
He worked out the source of all my damp issues in a genius way. Such a relief!
Yes it’s an expensive service but well worth every penny. I just wish I’d had Moe’s investigation sooner.
Don’t hesitate…. book Leak Detectors!

Pricey, but a very efficient and pleasant engineer found and fixed the problem swiftly and with minimum disruption.

Tyler James arrived on time and was presentably dressed in company uniform, polite and certainly efficient. He worked quickly and was attentive to our belongings as he did so.
A pleasant personality in our unfortunate situation, he gave us confidence of a good result.

Moe arrived when promised, found the leaks with the minimum of disruption and repaired the mains leak.

Polite, courteous, clear and knowledgeable explanation and there very quickly to trace the leak.

Our house had been gradually getting more damp for months. We have a good plumber who was able to tell us that it was a leak from next door but he didn’t have the equipment to locate the leak. These guys located it in about 2 minutes. With that info our neighbours were able to get their insurance process kicked off and the broken pipe was fixed. Expensive but worth it because then you know what you’re dealing with. They also produced the report in record time which was very helpful. Would use again.

Moe was an absolute star. Found and fixed both leaks under our kitchen floor even though it meant him staying late into the evening, despite it being the Christmas week. Many thanks

We called specialist leak detection and Moe came out as arranged. He was extremely thorough and took time to check all possibilities for the origin of the leak … he did find the leak under the floor… it was a tricky job but he found it. We are now set to have the leak fixed as more specialist equipment is needed due to proximity with underfloor heating pipes. I would recommend specialist leak detection ltd.

Great service! Quick response - came out within 24 hours. Mo did a fantastic job, working methodically to find a leak which was affecting all the cold water in house, but was located in an outbuilding. Super polite and tidied up everything. I highly recommend!

Moe was great from the Specialist Leak Detection
He explained everything at every step and even when I did not understand he explained again

Moe was brilliant, explaining all the little details and providing his best service which was excellent. Also Moe was very respectful to our family and more in important he was quick and efficient. Highly recommend Moe.

the engineer took a professional assessment of the water leaks and advise us of the remedial proposal.

Great response time and found the general area which saved a lot of time and expense for our client

I'd already had another leak detection company in who didn't find the leak. Living with a hidden leak which is almost certainly under a concrete floor gave me a persistent feeling of dread. And then I met Tyler! Yesterday. And this morning for the first time in 4 years my boiler hasn't lost pressure! I have a reasonable hole in the concrete floor under a radiator in my extension, but that's easily fixed now the actual leak has been uncovered. I'm so impressed and grateful. Tyler was a lovely energised young man who found the leak in under an hour and had it fixed in 3. And I called him Lloyd throughout as well! 🤣 Highly recommended!

The engineer John was excellent. Took the time to properly run us through all alternatives, eventualities and how to proceed. He found the leak within 15 minutes and we now know exactly what we need to do. Fast, clear, efficient, helpful, insightful. What more could we ask for?

Thanks to Specialist Leak Detection, I was able to have an underground mains water supply leak located and fixed for a much better price compared to other options out there.

They found the problem quite quickly by using a variety of high tech means, albeit we thought they were not cheap, considering their equipment is a once off investment for a firm like this.

5 out of 5 is an abstract concept! However on this occasion I have to make an exception. John was a true professional.

Responded quickly and solved problem within a couple of hours. Plumbing engineer was respectful of the property and my elderly parents, who’s home had the leak. Expensive, but probably saved money if we hadn’t used them. Recommend.

I was very impressed by the persistent and professional approach shown by the engineer Moe who successfully diagnosed the source of our bathroom leak.
