Peter came out to do the initial survey/quote. Followed by Nigel who did our measurements and then fitted the blinds today. They are lovely - couldn't be happier! they were delivered and installed within 6 weeks, so really happy.
our cassettes we had powder coated in a RAL colour to match our door frames. had 3 large sliding doors fitted with 3 remote control blinds. they are really smart. Make no noise! and just seem great quality. Both guys were great - Nigel explained everything thoroughly and was very polite - tidied up after himself. A great company i would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from when sales came to house to when it is fitted. Explained everything in detail. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Had it fitted it was clean tidy and done with an hour. Very happy with start to finish and the blind looks amazing in my orangery. Chose solar panel remote blind it keeps cool in warmer weather stops any insects flying in roof and lots warmer during cold days! Love it thanks

Wanted some blinds for our conservatory roof windows as the room gets very hot in the summer & cold in the winter. I contacted a number of companies and Grant came round. He was not pushy & took time to advise on our needs. He was clearly very knowledgeable. Reps from other companies just seemed keen to sell their current offer and product. Having gone with Specialist Blinds, our fitter, Richard visited and took time measuring and re measuring. He returned on Thursday & did a fantastic job in fitting our complicated blinds set up. He was a perfectionist and everything slotted together perfectly. Brilliant job. Many thanks.

Professional service. Very thorough.

We needed blinds in our garden room urgently. I'm afraid Specialist blinds don't do urgent or even quick. So if you want blinds for the summer, you ought to action this in January.
We had a salesman round who was excellent. We paid a deposit, and since then for three weeks we have been waiting for someone to come to measure up. I had an initial date in the diary for ONE MONTH after the deposit for someone to come to measure up. The reason? We are soooo busy! Then that was cancelled because the fitter quit. Now I am chasing another fitter who is soooo busy as well! No date in the diary to measure up as yet. AFTER they measure up is when you get your fitting date, 8-10 weeks is quoted, and they say they will "try their best" to honour this.
Specialist Blinds are obviously very short of fitters, and even more so now one of them has quit. Their manufacturing capacity is also not big enough for the demand. They need to employ more fitters, and expand their manufacturing to improve their service.
It should not be acceptable to have to wait so long as a customer.

UPDATE: As it turned out, Specialist Blinds managed to get me measured up and blinds fitted within the quoted time (but it is still a very long lead time) Finally had the blinds installed, am very pleased with them. The fitter was really excellent, and spent three hours carefully fitting them and then setting up the remote controls, and then running us through the instructions. So I am updating my rating.

Our conservatory is more like an extension to our lounge. It is almost south facing. I am often reluctant to buy online, but the reviews were good (which are justified). Glare from the conservatory was so great that watching tv was more like listening to the radio. Now we can see tv in daylight hours. We are sure that heat is kept in and certainly on warm days the heat is reflected out. From start to finish the experience has been 100%. We are very happy with our experience and recommend Conservatory Blinds Ltd without reservation

Waiting for a scheduled quotation visit, didn't show-up, no call to advise, terrible first impressions, we finished work early especially for this visit, needless to say we will not be using or recommending this company.

We are delighted with the service we received from this company. We wanted blinds for our conservatory but the roof windows are odd shapes. After trying a few companies who said they couldn't do it we contacted this company and Colin the salesman was wonderful and told us it would be no problem. Richard the fitter came to do a survey and although the roof windows offered a challenge he quickly found a solution. He returned on time a couple of weeks later to fit the blinds which took most of the day. One blind was the wrong size but Richard returned two weeks later with the correct blind. We are delighted with the blinds and grateful we found a company who could cope with unusual shapes! Richard obviously loves his job and is very skilled and professional.

This company is really excellent, from the sales representative Colin to the fitter Andy it was faultless.
Colin was so helpful when it came to choosing what blinds to go with. He has a friendly manner that puts you at ease.
Andy was so quick and efficient and again a thoroughly nice man.
We love the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Had Jon Bradley from Conservatory Blinds Ltd install duette pleated blinds throughout my house including bifold doors. Blinds are excellent quality and easy to use and once read for install everything was installed in less than 2 hours even with approximately 25 windows to be done.

I have recently had blinds installed in my home office. I have been very happy with the service received at every stage of the process. The salesperson listened to what I wanted and presented relevant options which made selecting from such a wide choice very easy for me. The installation has been completed perfectly. At every stage, they arrived when they said they would and did what they said they would. I would happily recommend them to family and friends.
