We purchased pleated bespoke blinds for our large glass conservatory over ten years ago. The build quality and quality of the material has been exceptional and longlasting. Also the aftersales for advice and requesting spare parts has been very good. A professional company and service all round.

Make sure you get anything verbally agreed with the sales staff written down and make sure you get a copy to keep, read all the small print on the back of the contract or it may cost you!!!

I had £10k of electric blinds put in my apex bedroom window and office. The design, quality and installation were all great. However, the after sales service has been poor. There have been several issues with the blinds and now they want to charge me £110 for someone just to come and look at what the issue is. In hindsight, I should have chosen a supplier with better aftersales.

I recently used Specialist Blinds (specialist-blinds.co.uk) to install blinds, and overall, I'm quite happy with the result. The products look great and are well-fitted, with professional service from start to finish. While their pricing might not be the cheapest, the quality and expertise were worth it. A small issue I had was resolved after some effort, but the team were polite and knowledgeable throughout. Would recommend for good-quality blinds and service!

Highly recommended...! I did a lot of research to find the type of blinds I wanted for my garden room/conservatory. Not having a "typical" conservatory but instead having one with a lantern-style room light, we really wanted to replace our individual-panel blinds with a lantern room blind. We're so glad we found and enquired with Specialist Blinds. Everything was very straight-forward and professional; from initial contact, arranging a visit, through the selection and sales process, and fitting - everything was handled so well. The final product is of a very good quality, and the fitting is of a high standard. The new blind really makes a difference to the look of our conservatory. It also seems to retain the heat better during the winter months, too.! Very pleased.

We first used The Specialist Blind Company Limited back in September 2017 to replace blinds for our garden room and kitchen. The whole process was excellent and Andy, the fitter, did a thoroughly professional job giving detailed explanations to everything we needed to know. In 2024 we had all the double glazing of our windows and garden room replaced up to modern standards and inevitably the existing blinds didn’t fit the new window frames. Based on our original experience we went back to Specialist Blinds for 6 roof blinds, 19 sides and 3 kitchen blinds. Once again, the process from start to finish was carried out in a professional manner and Richard, the fitter, did an excellent job leaving the work areas clean and tidy after completing the work.

The blinds were a little on the expensive side, but the super installation process, perfect fit, and high-quality product fully justifies the cost. You really get what you pay for. The blinds look fabulous and enhances the look of the garden room.

I would highly recommend The Specialist Blind Company, if you are looking for high-quality blinds and a professional service.

This company was recommended to us and it was well worth the introduction. My mum is housebound and from the moment they came to the install, it has been 5* service. This is a premium end company so the prices are reflected in that but the quality and service matches so is worth the extra expense. I’ve had experience with more familiar or well known TV companies and not been very impressed. Well worth a look at them.

All was fine with our blind until it failed literally a few weeks out of guarantee. I was happy to pay a reasonable cost for a repair but was told it could cost around £650. I felt this was excessive given the blind wasn't cheap and had only been lightly used. The company refused to contribute anything to the cost. Luckily I found a local company who repaired the blind for around a third of the price quoted.

I purchased blinds from Specialists Blinds for my flat and they did an outstanding job. My new blinds (white bamboo wood) are stunning. The service I received was impeccable from start to finish. The office staff were very helpful and dealt with my enquiry promptly, the specialist who visited me at my home was very knowledgeable and greatly assisted me in selecting the best blinds for my windows, and the surveyor who came round twice, first to measure my windows and then to fit my new blinds, did an amazing job with the installation and walked me through how they work. I would highly recommend Specialists Blinds - you get a personal service at a very affordable price.

THE Specialist Blind Co fitted 13 blinds in our kitchen/dining/living area. Their quote was by far the most competitive, and their product was the best designed of all that we had seen (and we had seen a lot!). They were accurately measured and expertly fitted. We are very happy!

All the Specialist Blinds staff we dealt with were friendly and professional in everything they did, from quoting their best price up front right through to the installion of our made to measure conservatory blinds. Their Duette product appears to be top quality and has already made our conservatory habitable on hot days when it would otherwise have been a no go zone.

From start to finish the job was done professionally. We needed our skylight to have a blind to prevent sun damage to our furniture and to keep the living space cooler during the hot days. We researched some blind manufacturers online but the best reviews were specialist blinds. Not long after submitting a request for call back we received a call from the sales department. We arranged for a suitable date for a visit and initial assessment of what needed to be done. The sales person who attended knew exactly what we wanted and chose a colour that we already had in mind making it easier for us to choose. The fitter attended and measured up and within 6 weeks the blind was fitted perfectly with no mess or faults. We were extremely impressed. Since the fitting we have used the blind which is operated by remote control battery when the sun is strong. It has made our living space cooler and it looks good. I highly recommend this company for its professionalism , timing , fitting and quality of item.

From the first point of contact to the installation of the blinds the service has been outstanding. Judy Mulholland, the lady I initially spoke with, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was then contacted by Arnaud Keat who confirmed a visit to measure up and quote for the job, which took place within a couple of days. Arnaud, again, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we agreed a deal there and then. On the day of installation, I was fortunate enough to have Rob Scott carry out the work. A really lovely chap, very professional and meticulous, and I could not have been happier.
